Friendliest staff in NOLA

The hotel itself was great, clean, and in an easy location. But it was the staff that truly took it to the next level. Everyone was so nice and gave great recommendations but Ms. Sue was the star! She was the first face we met and from the minute we walked in made us feel so welcomed and excited to be there! I looked forward to getting to see her every morning! Thank you to all of the staff for a wonderful trip!

OK hotel, issues with bill, room smell, noise from wind

Had issues with smell and loud banging on roof top during high winds. Room was fine otherwise. Having trouble with getting bill fixed after getting charged several hundred over final receipt. Was also promised one night off on bill and that hasn't happened either. No response or call backs from management. Wasn't comfortable walking around location at night.

Great for families

This hotel was great all around. Excellent location, able to walk to Canal and Bourbon streets. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The room itself was awesome, with two bedrooms and full baths. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent location

I like staying at this hotel for several reasons but one of the main reasons is location. Everything is in walking distance. Not far at all. Then the hotel it self is great. Nice rooms and friendly staff. It’s a beautiful place and it’s hard to beat. Every time I entered the lobby I was greeted by staff. That’s coming and going.

Sales Pitch and No Housekeeping

We were unaware of the 30-minute process to check in because saying “No,” to the timeshare sales pitch was ignored over and over and over. We also expected housekeeping and fresh towels for $350 a night.

Exceptional Service With Great Location

Staff is incredible. Exceptional customer service, friendly, proactive in anticipating needs. Room was remarkably clean with lots of windows. We booked a Signature Villa which was like an apartment with living area, kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc. Location of hotel is perfect, just a few steps from French Quarter. Walking distance to everything.

Upon arriving Jason gave me and my wife VIP check in and Sue was very helpful on a day to day basis

Great location huge suites

The hotel is ideally located. It’s close to French Quarter without having to hear it. Easy walk to Superdome Canal St and great restaurants. Suites are massive, kitchen was larger than the one in my house.

Warning!!! Avoid this hotel!!

No hot water during our stay, and when we reported it, the staff was incredibly rude and dismissive, offering no proper solutions. We were forced to use a dirty bathroom with hair scattered everywhere, which was completely unsanitary and unacceptable. Despite requesting to speak with the manager, there was no follow-up or resolution. This experience was extremely disappointing and unacceptable.

Hard sell

I traveled 5 hours by car to reach hotel. When I arrived it took over an hour to check in. It seemed normal at first, name, credit card, etc, but then I was walked to another area to receive my key. After an hour of say no to every sales pitch I was given the room keys. Every day of the stay was a phone call try to sell timeshare. I was paying full price for this trip and did not purchase a package ahead of time. The reason we picked this was for the extra space but I will most likely never stay at a vacation club property ever again.
