Woild be better in summer

Cool concept and good value for $. A lot wasn't available d/t it being fall. A warning about the railroad tracks RIGHT NEXT TO ourbuilding would have been appreciated. Also, potholders to remove things from oven are needed. And include a blanket in the sofabed linens, please.

Rooms are excellent. The layout of the where the rooms are not clear at night, lack of lighting signs at night

worst ever check in experience

This was the worst check in experience I've ever had in my life. It took me one hour to get into the room, although I was only second in line. The person in the front desk, didn't know how to manage the situation and left me hanging and waiting from 10 pm till 11 pm. He did not even apologize, and didn't recognize my status, and didn't even offer a bottle of water. When I complained about this in the morning at check out, I asked to speak to the manager, and instead of calling her out to speak to me they gave me her business card and suggested I email her. They didn't even offer the courtesy of even calling her.

Home away from Home

I would definitely recommend this Hotel to anyone. Lots to do! People were friendly. It was peaceful and lovely countryside.

We stayed here because it was close to Kripalu.

Perfect for what we were looking for. The bathrooms need a reno though.

Amazing Berkshire Getaway

This is a the absolute best kept secret in the beautiful Berkshires! Expansive amd well kept grounds and much to keep the kids busy with in between trips. Rustic feel with upgraded rooms and pools.

GREAT CONDOS !

I love Oak Spruce have been coming since 2006 . I come there for Divine Mercy Shrine in Stockbridge . I also meet up with wonderful friends . I love Holiday inn bought the place . It’s cleaner and seems more relaxing . I hope to be back in the spring .its a great place to stay , better than just hotel room can cook our own meals . My only complaint is toilets way too low . I also stay in Greenville SC it’s not a condo but it’s wonderful . Thank You for making my visits wonderful .

Quiet, Clean, and comfortable. The only problem was that the check in agent placed me in a second floor unit, I am severely mobility challenged. It was a hardship for me to unload and load my belongings and carry them up the stairs. Also, I got to the resort a little earl y and had to wait to checked in. She said the unit was not ready. however, I could see the resort did not have a lot of units rented. I waited in my car 1/2/ hour to be called for the unit key. w
