The room was cozy, and the view was picturesque. But the family above us was up at 7:15 am, had no respect for us, and was stomping on the floor and being just rude.

pool should have staff to supervise
Had a great time but the pool was very over occupied by older children, being rough and scaring the younger kids. There should be a staff person in the pool area.

Off season - wonderful stay
I liked the space and well planned out living areas. The tranquility of the woods and surroundings in February added to the peacefulness of the hotel. Near downtown Lee, MA (~3 miles) and local Big Y. Very family friendly location with pools, playroom, restaurant and bar.

My Stay at Oak n Spruce Resort
Great location, less than 3 hours from NYC/ LI and NJ. Comfort of the rooms and distance of the bedrooms. WiFi connection is excellent. Environment is clean and friendly. The game room is really nice and kids friendly. Space for game room is just right. I love that there’s a bar and an indoor pool. Not too far from the nearest town

This is a great resort with lots of things to do. The only qualms I have are the tech in the rooms is a bit dated as the outlets don't all work well to charge phones, and the TVs are not smart TVs.

Great overall, staff was very accommodating, if we needed something they were very quick to respond, I called for some extra items and they brought the item to to the room within 10 min , very speedy & and on top of the guest experience

Great kids getaway!
We love coming here. This is our second year in a row and we noticed some changes. The first change I hope they go back to is having kids activities all during the day. They were all cut off by 4pm. Right when you check in….they had kids activities until 7pm last year. Another thing which was BIG, was the arcade. The arcade had lots of money pit new “games”. Like the claw ones…but these ones NEVER LET YOU WIN!!! They had lot of regular fun games for the kids, now it seems like a money pit. Also each game was 35-50 credits EACH!! They will lose customers if they keep up w/these changes. It’s not fun spending money on “games” you can never win. We did like the new Jurassic park virtual game though. The rooms are nice and clean. But I do have e 3 complaints, they charge you if you want to exchange your towels after 1x. $11 per set 😳 That’s ridiculous when you staying multiple days and going to the pool everyday. And this I hope they fix, one of the jets on the tub was broken and it cut my daughter’s toe. It was a hot tub jet.
