Weekend Get Away

The Staff was wonderful, the room was great, the whole experience was a great value with na lot to do in the nearby towns, shopping at the outlets a short distance away. The actual rooms are located in large buildings and you need to take you car to get to the central activities building. The only food on site is fast food, you will need to cook your own breakfast or travel into town for one. Pool is inside, in fact they have two, water could have been a little warmer, we visited in November.

Wonderful place

I'm already trying to figure out my next stay. We did a sisters' weekend. The villa was comfortable and large. Everything we needed was here. The beds were a little hard. The staff was great. There were activities and plenty to do. I'll be back.

VERY LITTLE TO DO IN DREARY WEATHER

Since none of the buildings are connected, you have to bundle up to eat, go to the pool, go to the activity center, go to the front desk. Bring plenty of food and room activities if the weather forecast isn't favorable.

Great venue

This is the third time we have stayed at this location, and we love the venue. Our room is always comfortable and has everything we need for two teenage boys. The location can't be beat in the Berkshires and the price is always reasonable.

Nice condo but hated the carpet choice.

Great location and good view. Big family room and comfy beds. Front desk was friendly and quick. I liked the key bracelets.

Wonderful weekend in the Berkshires

Another great trip to the Oak n Spruce. New amenities were noticeable. Wrist bands, toilet paper embossed mark, improved sheets, Dove products & centralized trash/recycling.

Productive Days and Restful Nights

I enjoyed my four-night stay in the Berkshires for many reasons. First, I was able to do some writing without being disturbed. I then had time to visit notable Berkshire sites, eat out at a lovely French restaurant, buy goodies at a patisserie, and attend Sunday services at an historic meetingchurch in Lee, MA. I really enjoyed local residents at the fellowship time after church I also cooked in after making a trip to the local Big Y grocery. I had everything I needed in my unit to make my stay comfortable and restful. The activity center looked great, but I was out a lot so I didn't have much time to take advantage of it. I would like to come with family next time. They would love the pools, especially.

Would be better for a younger family with kids

Rooms were fine. Target patrons would be families with children. We were in a 3rd floor which would not be good for older people. Would need to request 1st floor or handicapped rooms. Not much in the immediate area though Stockbridge and Lenox are fairly short ride away

Mattress not firm enough for me

It is a beautiful location in the Berkshires, even though it rained most of the time over there, it was very relaxing! I am at a Holiday Inn club vacation owner, I was not able to book a room for this particular weekend. We had to pay cash for a room which turned out to be very expensive for us. But we did it anyway because it’s such a nice location.
