Nice stay
Nice place with super amenities, price, and plenty of room. The surrounding area has plenty of good things to do with amazing natural beauty of the Berkshires. We will come back to visit again. The room was incredible.

Lovely place to stay
We really enjoyed our recent stay at this resort. The location is great, there were plenty of things to do both at the resort and nearby, the quality of the facilities was good, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this place!

Great views and amazing on site amenities
We love that the villa has a walk out porch with amazing views of the mountains. The indoor pool is always clean and warm with plenty of people. One of the best features of the room is the jet tub! We spent 2 of our nights on the arcade area playing the games and relaxing. The whole resort feels safe and lively at most times of day. We enjoy that there isnt daily room service and we're left on peace our whole stay unless we request something. The resort has so many cool places nearby to hike and museums to visit!

I love the location which was close to the Shrine of Divine Mercy. I love the room - we got the President Unit. It was clean and the rooms are big. It has all the amenities we wanted to use but didnt have the time. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Between the convenient location, friendly and helpful staff, and the comfortable rooms, I was most impressed! The check-in process was quick and easy, the amenities were plentiful for people of any age, and the cost was competitive with other hotels within the Berkshires. I would highly recommend to anyone considering a trip to western MA!
