Unique Holiday Inn Getaway
Upon arrival I was under the impression that this was your average Holiday Inn, but I was wrong! The Oak and Spruce location is a gem in the Berkshires that surprised me. The setup of the resort is cabin-esque and cozy, perfect for fall fun around the area. At night the hot tub and other amenities were greatly appreciated given the cold weather. 10/10.

Rooms are spacious and great for relaxing after a day of exploring the area. Convenient location which is close to hiking and a nice town. Would stay here again!

Very nice & kind staff with comfortable nature environment
Our stay was quite enjoyable, featuring numerous activities for children. My family participated in various entertaining options, such as the pool and arcade. The only concern we had was regarding the cleanliness of the bed sheets; however, aside from that, the friendly staff significantly enhanced our experience, making our days truly delightful.

Good Accommodations
The location was convenient, and the room was clean and well supplied. The living room area was comfortable. Having 2 full bathrooms was great! We didn't use the game room or other activities, but the schedule looked like a lot of fun.

WOW What a great place. Hidden Gem
One of the best kept hidden gems in the Berkshires. The staff are so helpful and friendly. Our Villa had one bedroom, kitchen, living area and two baths plus a HUGE amount of storage area. We loved the little deck on the back of the Villa. So nice to sit out and have coffee and tea in the morning. For being in the Berkshires the rates are very nice. There was not a thing missing in the kitchen, from pots and pans to cork scew and can opener. The bed had three large pillows for each person and bedding so soft and top quality. The property has so much to do you do not even have to leave. Their outdoor and indoor activities are endless. We will stay here again.

Great location!
I've stayed here before and was very satisfied with my stay. This time the kitchen table and countertop had sticky rings from a soda can. The bathroom sink faucet had what looked like toothpaste spots. The shower curtain in the whirlpool tub was moldy.

Great hotel, grounds, rooms, activities, location. We absolutely loved our stay. Good sized rooms easy check in activities for kids and adults.
