Not so happy at Orange Lakes

The villa was very clean however the beds and pillows were not up to Holiday Inn standards that im used to. The regular hotels and espresses have better quality mattresses and pillows. The elevator at building 5600 operated as a freight elevator with no air conditioning. There were complaints about bed bugs which raised concerns. The hotel tried to downplay the issue when asked about the white cleaning pest control trucks that were parked the whole week of our stay. Those vaccum tubes extended throught the height of the 6 floor building. The front desk salesman was very foreceful at offering park theme tickets in exchange for a half day tour of the property to become an owner. I have stayed at the resort before, however this 2018 summer was the worst. May not come back.

Great Vacation Location

This Holiday has at it You could actually spend A day here at your Resort instead of the parks Many different pool areas along with bars and cabanas Good eating all around Friendly and helpful staff to accommodate anything you need The only flaw for me was no daily cleaning you must have A 10 day stay for room cleaning so that means no fresh towels but they have laundry rooms so you can do it yourself..... Overall pick this one you will be glad you did

Peaceful, quiet, and relaxing

I came here on a romantic getaway with my boyfriend. It was very relaxing. No loud noises or staff bothering us. Our room was very clean, I just wish there were more towels already in the room.

Very nice facility, would definitely stay again. Puts other resorts to shame

Love this resort

One of my favourite places. We love the north village pool area as well the lazy river. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Great Vacation

My family had a great experience. We stayed in a spacious 2 bedroom Villa which really felt like a home away from home. There were so many activities to do like jet ski’s and movies at the pool.

I love this beautiful resort it’s wonderful for family vacations and couple getaways. It’s worth investing in ownership. This will be my family’s vacation spot for here on out.

Great accommodations for our family everyone had a great time. we had over 70 people make this trip from different states and cities and everything went well.

Loved staring here and wish it could have been longer. Lovely resort, excellent pools, great place to relax.

Good vacation

Stayed for a good week. Resort was nice. If you have kids the pools and the open areas are really nice. Our villa was nice, clean and quiet, although we did not spend too much time there. Spent more time at the theme parks. Had breakfast at only 1 restaurant that served breakfast. That was terrible. Setup was not able to handle the crowd even if this is not high peak season. Food quality was poor too. Staff tried to make up with good service but all looked over worked. Did not bother trying any of the other restaurants after the first visit. There are plenty of choices just outside the resort and are so much better. Other than the F
