Family stay

Family stay was good. Check in takes forever 45 minutes. Check in was 2pm and the room wasn’t ready until after 5pm! Everything at the fun zone costs extra!! Be prepared for that, it was ridiculous the cost! Every thing closes down if it even looks like rain. If you want to eat at their restaurant they sky rocket the prices for dinner time yet the portion sizes are the same for lunch and dinner!!

Nice spacious villa

The villa was incredibly spacious for our family of five. But the bathroom in the master needs a door to close the sink off because the light glares into the room if you are getting ready and someone is trying to sleep. They nickel and dime you for everything little thing and don’t tell you until you get there. The staff seems to not really care about their jobs unfortunately. The pool was nice and clean and had a lot to offer my kids. It’s very close proximity to Disney world. But honestly, this was my first time staying here as a travel agent and I have to say, I would not recommend my clients stay here. It’s fun but the staff and paying for every little thing make it not the best.

My stay I have orange leg resort was not what I expected first when I got there they wouldn’t let me go to my room until I agreed to buy the property, but I never did but then I got annoyed once I got to the room the furniture was old and the couches were faded. The window curtain was torn. The bathroom toilet was broken. I nearly fell off of it because of a loose bolt in the bottom, and on top of that they gave me a hard time when I wanted another room.

Meh

This was a good one night place for us to stop on our way to the Keys. It could be a really nice resort but needs some TLC. I wouldn’t recommend it for an entire vacation.

Suite Stay

It was good option to stay at a suite during my stay. This gave me and my guest a chance to spread out. Also we could do things that you cannot do at a standard hotel. For once, we could all sit and have dinner together. We had the opportunity to bring in and cook our own food. All the utensils were there to cook. Parents and Kids had their own room. So the kids can feel like they have a spot to themselves and the adults can feel like they got a spot to themselves.

Unprofessional staff

The staff from the manager to the bellmen when checking in was extremely unprofessional and rude. The bellmen started yelling at us at checkin. The manager was no help what so ever in calming down his employee.

Our unit was a two bedroom two bath unit with a pullout couch. The unit was spacious and immaculate.

Our famkly has always enjoyed our stays at Orange Lake for over 30 years now. It’s amazing to see how the resort has grown, in such a positive way. The lazy river is my favorite for relaxing and Bingo is my favorite activity for fun! The cabanas are a great option for those who require shade or just want to get out of the sun. They’re spacious and clean.

Last minute stay went well

Our second time visiting the resort for some family fun. It was a last-minute trip overall we enjoyed our stay had plenty of space in the villa. Glad we were able to check in smoothly the kids all had a good time. It’s a plus to be able to access so many amenities right there on the resort something for everyone to do.

My Florida Get-a-way

After the problem I encountered with check-in; I had a great stay. The resort is located in a great location and the grounds are really nice. My room was lovely, but attention could have been give to cleaning the room. Overall, I had a great time.

Was decent bed

Prepaid for spa tub in room like the previous years and did not get that after notes and request on my account just poor communication with not receiving what i paid for
