Lost our reservation

We had a reservation from Fri April 28th - Mon May 1st. The whole purpose of our stay was to celebrate mine and our sons birthday. On Sunday the 29th there was a knock on our door, and it was maintenance. I explained we had the room until Monday and there's no need for service of the suite, as we were already setting up to celebrate our birthday. We had 3 different people knock on our door whom thought the suite was not being occupied. I finally called Resort Services to see what was going on, to be told we needed to check out or pay for an addition night and stay in a different suite. I explained that my IHG reservation showed I had the suite until Monday and I did not want to change rooms. She was very rude, treated me as if I was trying to stay for free. I finally decided to drive to where the front desk was located, so I could speak with a manager. I was told once again, that if we wanted to stay, we would need to pay for another night, even though I had proof of reservation. We ended up packing and leaving it was because I was so humiliated

Loved my experience at Orange Lake Golf

Every aspect of my stay was perfect! Impeccable grounds, service, pool, and food

Mistake staying here

Room was filthy floor dirty bathrooms had mold. Breakfast in the market place was not edible, ice coffee was extremely watery spent over 60$ on breakfast food that no one could even eat because it was gross not even the kids touched it

Not happy with resort

Was treated differently because we were not timeshare owners Booking agreement not honoured No house keeping or replacement of face cloths and towels Kids that can ride all rides at Disney but we’re not allowed on the slide at this resort very unreasonable

Great accomedations

location was great and easy to get to. villa's are perfect for families with spacious living quarters. bonus for having washing machine and dryer.

Fun Team Members, Hotel Staff, Maintenance Staff and Cleaning Staff were Excellent!

All of the Fun Team Members made our stay fun, enjoyable and well worth staying at Orange lake Resort in Kissimmee Florida. The Hotel staff was always friendly and Lynda Charles was very helpful in getting my husband and I two exceptional nice Villa locations on Sandhill Drive, from Jan thru April of 2023. Orange lake west village

Won’t be staying here ever again. We were not told the resort was cashless, we brought all cash, we waited for the shuttle for almost an hour sometimes, we had to walk at least an half mile to the nearest shuttle or pool, The onsite convenience store is a joke, most of the time they don’t even have the necessities such as bread, milk, butter, ect. Our coffee pot was broke, our toaster was broke, our blender was broke. Walls are thin, you can hear your neighbors partying after they get back from being at the park all day, The resort is more interested in signing you up for time share tours than making sure your happy and comfortable.

Fun resort for family; updates warranted

This location is fantastic in activities to do when combined with Disney area attractions. We did an alternating schedule and the days at the resort were awesome, three individual areas for you to take the family made it feel far larger. The villas/rooms are due for an upgrade in appearance, both inside and out. The bedding could be upgraded for master main bed at a minimum. Overall, good value, safety,and fun.

Great resort

We have stayed at this resort a few times. We love all the accommodations and location. The staff has always been very friendly. The room had everything we needed. I appreciate the laundry facilities that are free and located on each floor.

Very family friendly resort!

Our family enjoyed our stay at Orange Lake Resort and would highly recommend to others! We have a family of 5, kids being ages 1,4, and 12 and the resort offered things for all our kids to enjoy. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa which was great for us! Next time we may opt for a 3 bedroom because our daughter (1) likes her own space when sleeping lol. Overall we had a great experience and will definitely return next year!
