Beautiful Place

Gate officer I believe his name was Angel gave us excellent directions into the resort and was very nice. We felt welcomed.

Very comfortable beds

Great customer service. Angel Toro from the from gate was very helpful and showed us around the resort and made us feel really comfortable. He went above and beyond.

This was a very well-maintained property was just there for a short time but definitely will be back with the granddaughters. One of the friendliest check ins I've ever experienced..

Clean and spaciout

The room was very clean and spacious. Will book again but I would try to be placed closer to the pools and activities. We were far in the back and had to drive to the activities.

Guest Beware!

l As a platinum elite member, I need to bring attention regarding our stay at your resort. The reason I am reaching out to you is that we had a problem during our stay at your Holiday Inn Resort on August 14, 2025. We originally booked your hotel for wonderful amenities to celebrate our son birthday. However, the hotel stay experience was very disappointing and unpleasant. After we check in, we found the pool were closed for the day. So, we did not get the time use your hotel amenities but we were charged for it. To make things worst, after returning from the Disney park to hotel, there was no water running to take a shower after long day and was not able even brush our teeth or flush the toilet. We were never given any notice after we checked in to room 5553 about water shutoff. We try to call front desk, nobody answered after a hour on hold. The water was shut for 8 hours not until the next morning. We were planning to buy timeshare in you resort and become owners of your vacation club. However, after this horrible experience, we changed our mind.

The resort was easy to find, the employees were prompt and knowledgeable.. the rooms were clean and comfortable. If I travel again I will definitely pick an HGC

Great Family Friendly Resort

We had a wonderful week at Orange Lake Resort! The staff was friendly and helpful, and our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We really enjoyed all the resort had to offer - from the many pools and lazy river to the arcade and fun activities like making friendship bracelets. The view from our 6th floor balcony was absolutely beautiful, and the overall atmosphere of the resort was peaceful and relaxing. We truly appreciated the experience and can’t wait to come back soon!

Spacious Villa!

Our three bedroom villa was lovely and spacious. It was perfect for our week. We had enough bedrooms for everyone and each bedroom had a bathroom. We saw sand hill crane from the screened in porch. The pools were amazing, but I wish I had known that I could bring my own floatation device. The pillows were not very comfortable. They were hard. I wish there had been a variety of firmness / softness of pillows to choose from. The bath towels were small and very thin. They did not feel luxurious.

Disappointment

I wanted to express my extreme disappointment with my recent stay at this establishment. I experienced several significant issues that negatively impacted my visit. Upon arrival, I waited almost four hours for my room to be ready. After this extensive delay, I had to inquire about my room a second time, only to be assigned a room completely different from what was initially confirmed. Furthermore, my reservation explicitly included breakfast, but this was never mentioned by any of the staff. As a result, I went the entire stay without breakfast and I was still charged for it.
