Great get away

This is a great place to just relax, great pool that was heated, wish I could have enjoyed it more, we were just too busy

AC not working in unit.

The A C in my unit was not working on a warm night, it could not be fixed and there were no spare units available.

Awesome place

Read some reviews from other people that were negative , had me worried, my experience was great, clean, well stocked kitchen, bedrooms were separate from living area, staff were always friendly, I am already planning on next year

Great staff, but inaccurate marketing

Positive Items: Hotel staff were pleasant and accommodating. Room, common areas and grounds were well maintained. Concerns: The price secured for the accommodations was different than what was charged and it was difficult to get a receipt following the stay. This property is overpriced for the caliber of amenities it offers. The website photos depicted additional features that were not available upon arrival.

DO NOT, I SAY DO NOT, WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!

I will NEVER stay here again. The only other time I stayed here (my very first time) I reserved the One Bedroom Villa AND LOVED IT!!! So this time (my second time) I reserved the EXACT SAME ROOM. I spoke to Sasha on the phone at 9:08 am PST on Wednesday, January 28, 2026 and mentioned to her how much I loved the property, and she said "would you like the exact same room if it available?" and I said "Yes, we are sentimental that way.) What an effing joke!!! When I arrived at the property, they said they upgraded me. IT WAS THE WORST ROOM I HAVE EVER STAYED IN...WORSE THAN ANY MOTEL 6 ON THE PLANET. It was a really bad room, and dirty, and rusty, and so many things needed to be fixed. I took a ton of pictures to share on Trip Advisor. It was a SEVERE DOWNGRADE AT BEST!!! Sorely disappointed and will NEVER, NEVER, NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. In fact, I will do all I can on the internet to convince people to avoid this place at all cost.

Nice staff but other guests not so much!

Gladys at check in was awesome and made me hopeful that my stay would be pleasant. However, the tv didn’t work (or the cable didn’t), the floors are extremely thin and you can hear everything (cheap construction!)…this caused a noise complaint to be filed against me! I definitely would not bring children here because most of the other guests appeared to be older and more sensitive to the noise and went to bed earlier. It was also difficult to find…poor signage and not easily identifiable as a hotel from the road (it looks exactly like the apartment complex next door). It’s not very close to the theme parks either - making it less appealing when proximity is important.
