Great Customer Service, Great Sleep

Everything went smoothly at check-in. Villa very clean, bed very comfortable. The only issue I experienced was the first night I was there, the TV in the bedroom kept blacking out. The picture would go black and you could only hear what was on. I called the front desk the next morning, I gave permission for the maintenance permission to go into my room to repair or replace the TV. When I got back to the villa that evening, the lights were on and I head very loud voices. I go into the bedroom, and see it's the TV. The picture was still blacked out. There was a note saying that "the cable cord was loose" and he repaired it. But the picture was still black...I guess it worked for the person for a few minutes (which it did for me the night before) and he thought he fixed it. I called back down to the front desk and the clerk (who was very nice) said she would have the maintenance person stop by. He (Dave) checked and saw it wasn't the cable cord (the screen was still black and we could only hear sound). The TV needed to be replaced. So he brought up a new TV, installed and programmed it. It worked perfectly. Kudos to Dave.

Amazing Stay

Everything at this location was amazing from the staff to the beautiful and clean room.

Helpful staff with issue

The staff was friendly and welcoming. I brought an issue to their attention and it was handled right away. I'm a travel agent and I will recommend and book this property for my clients.

Lot of road noise from Hwy 27. The bed is excellent, could use some update furniture in the living area.

Room was clean and nice. I was even given a bigger room than I booked.

Great Place to Stay

Highly recommended! Our unit was clean and the decor was beautiful. We did use the items in the kitchen and it had everything we needed. Very comfortable bed! We loved how private the location was and it was still close to Disney and other attractions. Can't wait to come back!

Spacious Rooms!

Love this hotel for my family vacations to Orlando, more than enough space for everyone! Huge kitchen to have breakfast, ever has a big enough dinner table for ordering takeout ! One of my favorite hotels in Orlando!

Hidden Gem

Cool Stay. I didn't realize that the rooms were as spacious from the outside. But when I checked in, it was a cool condo feel. Had a nice layout and a great kitchen. Beds were comfortable too. The staff, especially Jasmine and Vanessa, were very knowledgeable accommodating and fun.

Great experience

Happy accomodating staff upon arrival. The hotel was spotless as was our suite. The hotel had plenty to offer to keep the kids busy which was an added bonus. Great location near many restaurants and Disney was only about 20 mins away. Looking forward to booking here again.
