Incredible - Can't Wait to Go Back
I love this hotel. It's right on the beach, and all the balconies face the water. Beautiful sun rises and sunsets, every day. The staff is wonderful. The fitness center is really nice. It's within walking distance to Pier Park, which is a blast. The rooms are super comfortable, clean, well-maintained. Kitchen is ready for use. Everything is ready to go, just pickup the key and enjoy. Pool and hot tub are amazing. Water pressure in showers is perfect. Washer/dryer in room.

Great leisure stay!
My husband and I chose this location due to being on the beach and an IHG hotel. The 1 bedroom villa was huge! The bed was comfortable! I loved having a washer and dryer in the unit! It was nice having the front desk let us know about the beach conditions each day. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The only downsides were the elevator was out for a few hours, but was fixed quickly and the Wi-Fi was out for almost 2 days. The location is right on the beach. The pool and hot tub were both nice!

This is a great location for our needs. Parking was easy to enter and exit and convenient. This location was quiet. Checkin and checkout was easy, and Iiked the wristband for the door key.

Peaceful Stay!
Excellent stay! Very clean and organized. Rick and hotel staff were very welcoming. My wife and I arrived very early. Rick was able to meet us with every need. Thank you for a warm and peaceful stay!

Old but nice
Although the room was a bit dated, the location was quiet, gulf views amazing, and the AC was kicking. I’d like to mention that Mary Jordan helped me tremendously with my bill that has some issues. She was polite, sincere, and heard me out in the error I found. She stuck with it, got corporate to update the billing and I was satisfied.
