Better than expected
Our family of four came to Phoenix for the Fiesta Bowl and wanted to choose a place that the kids could swim. The Holiday Inn Vacation Club was better than we had expected. The 2 bedroom/2bath condo was amazing! Pools were heated so the kids could swim even though the temps were in the 50s. We all four had a blast in the Activities Room playing ping pong, pool, video games and doing arts and crafts. We ate lunch at the restaurant at the resort. The food was very good and waitstaff super friendly. All resort staff were very friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely return! On top of it, it was a great location in Scottsdale close to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping and golf courses. Only a 30 minute drive to the airport and State Farm Stadium for the big game

This hotel was perfect for our new years stay. My littles had a ball and the activities were above. The singing cowboy for us older ones was a complete joy.

Pros - Excellent property with amenities (heated pool, club room, kids activities) - Fully functional kitchen and bathroom with washer and dryer, dishwasher - Easy parking - Close to restaurants and grocery stores.

IHG Scottsdale resorts
At a pleasant time at our stay at IHG customer resorts my first time I discussed resorts and was pleasantly surprised. Staff was great rooms were awesome, but 21 and over pool was a pleasant surprise as well.

Scottsdale Resort
This is a really attractive property in a very good location. I really enjoyed the room my family stayed in (a 2-bedroom villa). The layout was spacious and functional. The kitchen was well equipped and easy to use. The staff at the reception was very helpful and made it possible for me to check in late. The only weak point in my opinion is the restaurant/marketplace.

Great place for families with young children. We had a great time and would stay here again. The room was very spacious and loved having the laundry setup.

Really nice grounds and facilities
The room was clean. The pool and hot tub was fun and the service was friendly and spot on from the staff. I recommend this hotel to anyone and can see myself coming back.

Out of the way
Large room (no elevators) not the best for handicapped. There is a push on time share. Daytime was quiet, nighttime has loud music till 8 pm went there specifically for the slides for grand child and it was under repairs the whole time. First night went to the restaurant for a drink and dinner. We were given a drink and promptly forgotten about. Went elsewhere. The room was nicely large with a full working kitchen.

What a great stay!
Took the kids here on fall break. What a great place to stay with the family. So much to do - Arcade and rec room, multiple pools, restaraunt and more. Most of all, the staff was amazing. It was so nice nice to check in and have somone happy, friendly, helpful and professionally dressed help us. (I think it was Manny) Unfortanly that is such a rare occurace today. Everything on the property was clean and working. Thanks for a great time!
