Holiday Inn Resort, Scottsdale
Villa was missing all frying pans, all tvs were unplugged upon arrival, sofa bed set up was on the dining table missing the blanket, paint splatters from a poor renovation all over the floors drove me crazy the whole trip. ALL of this was brought to front desks attention the next morning. NO compensation offered only acknowledgment that the room should have not passed inspection no offer to move to different unit. Issues at pool with other guests claiming grill but not using for over 2 hours, guests were related or friends with matience as they were handing them drinks thru fence. Renovation on unit above us on the last night and paint was dripping onto my front entry. Manager Manny came and looked at paint dropping. NO compensation offered (this was our last night ). Service in restaurant was horrible until our last night Dane and maria were awesome.

My family and I were really excited to stay at this hotel. The rooms were very spacious online and we figured it would give everyone some space. But after checking in rooms were outdated. The resort fees were outrageous. You still have to pay for parking. The food was disgusting. We had breakfast at the cafe and it was so gross we decided to go out to eat for lunch. Service took forever. Rooms were not cleaned despite spending all this money. Pools were overcrowded and tiny. It was not anything we expected.

Large clean rooms, great staff, great location
This hotel is in a great location, convenient to shopping, attractions, the Mayo Phoenix medical campus and the freeway. The staff is friendly and helpful and the bartender Nick is excellent! The rooms are large and clean; mine had a full kitchen and even washer/dryer. Just a heads up, they do not have elevators and you have to go up or down stairs to get to the rooms. Multiple pools (including an adults only) and also an arcade. It's especially geared towards families and can be loud. The restaurant/bar closes fairly early at 8:30.

Wonderful place to stay
Friendly and accomadating staff.We enjoyed this beautiful facitlity. Lots of activities and things to do here. The rooms are big well stocked, clean and comfortable. We would recommend this as a place to stay, and if given the opportunity would stay here again.

Fantastic staycation in Scottsdale Arizona!
My family and I had a little getaway at the Holiday inn vacation club in Scottsdale and it was fantastic! We really enjoyed it and we look forward to next time we come. We live in northern Arizona, so being able to come down to the valley and enjoy all of the amenities that the Holiday inn vacation club in Scottsdale has to offer was a special treat for my husband and I and our three kids!

Excellent property/location and outstanding staff
Our stay at the Holiday Inn Vacation Resort in Scottsdale was absolutely perfect, especially since we were in town for my daughter's graduation from culinary school. The location is fantastic—centrally located, with easy access to restaurants, downtown, and sports venues. The staff went above and beyond—so attentive and proactive. Our suite was spacious, spotless, and so comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen and gorgeous bathrooms. My kids loved the swimming pools, especially the one with the water slide, and the game room kept them entertained for hours. We were even recognized for our IHG Rewards membership on arrival with a gift bag. A special shoutout to Manny at the front desk—he truly made our stay incredible. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay! Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. We also enjoyed all of the amenities the hotel had to offer. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would happily stay here again.

Amazing stay. Everything went smoothly . The kids already wanna come back . See you guys next year. One of the best parts was you don’t have to leave the resort at all. Location is amazing as well. Best staff ever
