Perfect Vacation Getaway!

Whether you're traveling with kids or having an adult trip, this is the perfect place to stay! You could spend the whole day at the resort and have an amazing time. Downtown Scottsdale is only a few minutes away, we loved our stay.

Trip to Scottsdale

Stayed here for a conference. I dont think we are the target audience. Most people seem like retirees enjoying travel life. The sound separation between units is non-existent so talk and walk quietly if you dont want a visit from your neighbors. The room was oversized with a full dining, kitchen and living room. The water slide pool seems nice for kids but also good to have the adult pool areas available. The rooms are a little beat up for the price point. I get that it's Scottsdale prices, but also, it's Scottsdale, so it should be nicer. Staff were efficient. Not warm but they do their job. Had issues with the keycard twice.

Sleep

Not much sleep. He snored the whole time. Was annoyed and I couldn’t keep sleep.

"Amazing Staycation"

The Beautiful, welcoming arriving layout of the resort, the courteous Security Guard, JC, the smiling joyful staff member at the cafe, Ericka, who wore a necklace with the charm 444 and the relaxing beautiful villa we stayed in, All were remarkable and made a precious memorable staycation for me and my dear love one during Mother's day weekend. The activities offered to all the guests to acknowledge the Mothers was fascinating. I must admit that this was the BEST Mother's day vacation I've ever experienced. Thank you Holiday Inn Club Vacations Resort and Staff. May you all be Bless!!!

Great experience from check in to check out!

Enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again in the future. Room was large, clean, and very comfortable. Hotel game room was a ton of fun and pools were well kept and clean. Definitely recommend.

Noise mitigation made it impossible to enjoy stay

Terrible stay. Noise made it impossible to sleep or even relax. I think they used cardboard for insulation between floors. Herds of elephants trooped around above us throughout the night, EVERY NIGHT. WILL NOT RETURN.

Costco Vacation Bust!

Not what I expected from a Costco Vacation booking! Did Not fulfill Request of being Roomed close to Family members! Room was Foul smelling, furniture and Rugs needed cleaning desperately! The Pools were Clean and well kept

Will Stay Here Again

My family and I loved staying here. The suites were excellent and the staff were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. Our rooms were clean but there were a few small items that maintenance could fix up, like a slow drain for the bath tub and a finicky kitchen faucet. I love the arcade and game room, but I'd like to see more options. Maybe throw in a pinball machine and have one less claw machine. These are all small trivial things/ideas that had very little impact on our stay. We will certainly come again.
