Great resort
Our villa was clean and comfortable. We loved all of the resort amenities! Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was close to lots of stores and restaurants. We will recommend this hotel to others and would definitely stay here again in the future!

Overall Good Stay
Though check in is quite the process (they try to sell you on vacation club membership ownership) and you have to listen to their sales pitch in order to get your room keys. I just traveled all day and the last thing I want to listen to is your sales pitch! My status as an IHG One Rewards member was also disregarded and not recognized at check in. Otherwise, the property was well kept, parking was ample, and the room was clean, comfortable, and spacious.

Nice updated unit
Enjoyed our stay in recently updated 1 br unit. Very quiet with super comfortable bed. Internet worked well. Would stay here again.

Quality is lower than I remember
This year my husband and I purchased the timeshare preview to consider purchasing a share, however this visit may have set our mind on that decision being a no and Scottsdale Club Vacation being a nice moderate resort. This was our 5th stay or so, and we typically enjoy it, however this stay had cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom, missing appliance parts, and a dishwasher that was burnt on the inside? I was in town to receive surgery from Mayo Clinic that is only 10 mins from this location. The resort is conveniently located near shopping (driving). We like the heated pools, space the two bedrooms provide, and proximity to Mayo Clinic.

Most comfortable bed ever!
I will most definitely come back and stay here. The staff was very helpful and nice, loved the location of this resort. The amenities are very nice, I love how large the bath towels are it made me go out and get new ones for my home. I would love to know what mattresses this resort has I want one for home as well. I can not wait to visit again.

Great lodging and pools!
This was our second time here - great apt-style rooms and four different pools! Nice vibe and clean and well kept. Near grocery stores, etc. bit far from Phoenix, old town Scottsdale, but a nice place.

Lots of space and family amenities; could be cleaner/quieter
As a family of four, we were appreciative of the extra space and full kitchen in our 2BR suite. The pool area was great for our kids. However, our room was not the cleanest (there was a slight odor; and the bathroom had dirt and hair on the floor). We also paid the rate for breakfast only to find that there isn't actually breakfast.

The place was more than adequate for our needs.The pool areas were clean, and inviting. The living spaces were ample and well stocked. The only drawback were the limited access to food and the limited time these extablishments were open to guests.
