Check-in

Miranda was extremely helpful at check-in. She made sure that all 12 members of our group were taken care of. The rooms were very comfortable and suited our need perfectly.

First Time in AZ

First time in AZ with family...spouse, kids, parents and in-laws. Everyone had a wonderful time. We had a 4-bedroom signature room...very impressive and well-appointed. The marketplace opened the day of our arrival which was great to get coffee and breakfast. Also had free iced tea, water and flavored water free which was great and hope the continue. Pools were great. Restaurant was not open yet but looks great. Many restaurants within 2 mile area. Gary "Nebraska" at check in was great and Garrett from Michigan was extremely friendly and helpful. Everything was perfect and we will definitely be returning.

Lack of resturants close by

On a whole the resort was nice and quite. The check in process was not efficient and very long. The room was large and nice but the floor could have been cleaner. Lack of no restaurants close by or on site was uncomfortable because we came to stay one night and wasn't prepared as we expected something available.

Great fun

We went for spring break and had a blast. Loved the full kitchen and separate bedrooms. Wish the restaurant would have been open but that's the only change we would make.

beautiful room, great pools, nice landscaping

we stayed here for our first family vacation for the 2017 rockies spring training, I am so happy we chose to stay here. Its location is perfect, very clean, and awesome pools. The landscaping was very nice. I never had to really deal with any of the staff only upon check in and they were very nice. we stayed in a signature suite and it was well worth the money.

Great suites

Recently visited this resort on a family trip to AZ. We were very happy with the suite's layout and beautiful kitchen - very functioning for a family with three kids. It is a beautiful hotel in a quiet location with three pools including one with slides for the kids (and adults). No complaints other than a price.

best price in the area for five of us.

The unit was massive, and looked new. The unit was very clean when we arrived. Room cleaning was extra, but we were happy to go without in exchange for the lowest price in the five person, three bed plus sleeper-sofa category. The tvs looked new, and had an accessible HDMI port for our video game console. The restaurants grand opening was the day we left, but we walked next door to the best meal we had during our trip. After 20 years of Scottsdale resort stays, This was a great surprise. We stayed during peak Spring Break and Spring Training season, and paid a very competitive rate. Excellent pool facilities for our young kids. This was the best overall experience I have had in a Scottsdale resort. We will stay here again!

Final Four visit to Phoenix

Overall, this is a great place for a famly to stay. The rooms are very spacious and there are 4 nice pools. The only drawbavks are the noise levels from the parking lot and guests above you as well as the lack of daily maid service. The room was pretty clean but not as thoroughly cleaned as i would have liked especially since they ask you to do a portion of the cleanng yourself before leaving. We would definitely stay again but would ask for a room off parking lot on a higher floor.

Convenient Scottsdale location

We stayed in a three bedroom until with our family of five and had ample space. Rooms themselves are nice but you hear every footstep of the upstairs guest. Several pools made switching it up pretty easy for our kids. There are really no views to be had from the unit we were in but that wasn't very important to us since we were out hiking each morning. Nice location near 101 and many shopping and eating areas.

Great Family vacation location

My children enjoyed their stay as they even had a friend visit with her 2 children. Pools were wonderful for adults or children. Our Grandson had a great time.
