Yoga instructor and chair massage

The yoga instructor was very knowledgeable . Her instructions were precise and helpful. Made sure that participants did the poses correctly. The complimentary chair massage felt winderful

Close to Scottsdale activities and very convenient to the Phoenix Open Golf tournament.

Amazing location and great service

Stayed at the resort for the Waste Management Phoenix Open and the location could not have been any better with the course within minimal walking distance from the resort property. The 2 bedroom villa was much larger than expected and easily fit my party of 6.

Great Service, Bad stay

I'm sure complaining about the structure isn't fixable but it needs to be addressed. The thin walls made it impossible to sleep at night in the bedrooms. The stairs were a little bit inconvenient carrying luggage and having to worry about a 1 year old falling.

Lacking high end IHG standards

I already left a terse comment at the beginning of this survey detailing the disappointing stay and would hope the lack of concern for patron comfort is rectified. Such as, No cable TV throughout the stay. No amenable dining options in the area. Lack of concern from staff for shortcomings as to lobby advertised evening movie in activity center. While I will continue to use IHG facilities throughout the World the Vacation Club option will not be one of them. It is overpriced for the returned satisfaction.

Scottsdale Business trip

The resort was great and we would come back. The staff was very helpful and helped in all areas of requests.Our business trip became a vacation.

Great fully equipped kitchen!

My children have food allergies, so when I travel, I need a full kitchen. This Holiday Inn Club Vacations Scottsdale had the best, most well-appointed full kitchen of any I have ever stayed in. Fiestaware, plenty of pots and pans, immaculate! I had an upstairs villa and the only negative was that I could hear the footsteps and activity in other units around us.

It was a very pleasant stay and when considering the value if one had several people staying would be excellent for the price. Well kept up and clean.

Girls weekend in phoenix

We loved our 4 bedroom villa. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was great, and we had plenty of room.
