Awesome Place!!

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Plenty to do for the kiddos and adults alike. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely be coming back.

Great Venue for Families

We stayed in one of the units that had a sitting room, kitchen, and bedroom. This unit even had a washer and dryer that was a great feature and enabled us to continue on our trip with all clean clothes. This is an excellent hotel for families. The pools and game room/fitness center were all very nice. It would have been better if the water slides hadn't closed at 5:00 p.m. on Sunday. We didn't experience the food and beverage because the Market Place was not open on the first morning of our stay, so we went to a grocery store and stocked the kitchen, so we would not have to rely on food and beverage from the hotel. It worked out well for us.

Comfortable and relaxing

Property was great, although the cafe/convenience store was not open. The rooms are clean and a lot of space. Don't get trapped into the time share pressure.

Dirty Rooms

The resort rooms were absolutely filthy. Plan on having to clean the floors on your own….they haven’t been cleaned in months! Our feet were black, we ended up having to wear our shoes in are room. Very disappointing.

Relaxation and everything you could need or want

I love the Villa theme and resort with every amenity a person could need. The pools, the restaurant, the game room met all expectations. Would highly recommend this property for any family.

Great Service and Comfortable Stay

Amazing place! Loved the rooms, pool area and staff. Everyone was super friendly and the kids loved the rooms and pool areas! will for sure be back! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
