Thank you for a wonderful quiet and peaceful stay!! Room was excellent, hotel personnel were outstanding!! Wife and I were so pleased. We were celebrating 40 years of marriage and the staff made us feel so welcome. Hope we can visit again soon!!

Kids loved it!
The Waterpark and pool stayed open until 10, kids had a lot of fun! Room was clean and large. Check out was quick and easy I would recommend to anyone for a nice get away! This was really close to a lot of stores

The room was spacious, had everything we could possibly need. Comfortable and friendly service. Conveniently next to the convention center and all of the down town shops. The kids loved the pool area the most

Aquarium Getaway
This property was perfectly suited for our needs. The separate sleeping quarters were perfect for traveling with kids that go to bed at 7:30 and parents that like to stay up a little later. The balcony was an added bonus (I smoke a pipe and wasn’t banished to the furthest corners of the parking lot.)

Convenient Location & Family Friendly
We recently stayed 3 nights in a one bedroom unit. The staff was very friendly and the location was in walking distance to all the best places in Gatlinburg. This was my favorite thing about the resort. My daughter loved the Splash Park and indoor pool, but we couldn’t get in because it was FREEZING!!!! Other adults commented on this as well. The kids were fine, but it would have been a much better experience if they could have heated it better. Instead, I preferred the outdoor hot tub that was very nice. Overall, we had a great stay and I will plan to come back!

Spacious rooms for families
Our room at the resort was very spacious and gave the entire family lots of privacy and comfort. The private balcony was a bonus and fireplace kept us cozy throughout the night. If you have a larger family and don’t want to pay a fortune this resort is perfect!

Great location, poor timing
Great location to walk Gatlinburg, plenty to do at the resort but splash pad was closed for maintenance and was a big reason we chose to stay there. No shortage of restaurants around the place. Parking was safe and easy. Fire pits were awesome!
