Up grades
It would be more attractive to the resort if the tv’s were up graded to 60”-75”. Also trimming the edges of the lawn.

Horrible staff service and uncomfortable bed!
Staff just interested in selling timeshares, not actual hotel requests. You have to wash your own bath towels. Rooms are not renovated at all and are extremely outdated. Bed was horrible for my husband and me.

Unfulfilled Commitments
The staff was courteous, but also staff made unfulfilled commitments that was not even asked or expected. Took their Word, but was not done. For example, I had my Signature suite for 3 nights then moved to IHG Elite for one more night, before leaving. Once moved to the IHG Elite suite, I was informed I left some belongings and someone would bring them. The housekeeping staff and front desk stated. When time pass and I received no response I called the front desk. Again, I was told someone would bring my belongings, but no one came and I just dismissed it. Overall SBR is beautiful, tranquil, and relaxing resort. The atmosphere is quality and appreciated.

Our room was very spacious and the view from the screened in porch was beautiful. Very comfortable and very relaxing. Loved the big jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. The beds were very comfortable. The property was well keeped up and felt extremely safe there.

Quiet and comfortable
The room had excellent facilities. I thought the tv could have been a little bit bigger in the den area. Also the tiolet was very low needs to be upgraded. Overall it was an enjoyable stay. It was quiet and able to relax with plenty of space.

Great location, the property we stayed in need an upgrade though !
Great staff and check-in was easy and smooth. It's a perfect location right on South Beach, with easy access to the beach and other amenities nearby. There are some issues with the quality of the rooms, looks like the property is old and may need an upgrade. The good news is Holiday Inn is building a new property attached to this property .. way to go !!

We had a nice stay at the resort. Lots to do, nice friendly staff, room was spacious and clean. I’d ask for rooms towards the front of the property though. Overall, we had a great trip!

Weekend Getaway
Everyone was friendly and welcoming. It was just my toddler and I and we used the pool, hottub, and playground. It was perfect for our short stay.
