Pray the batteries in the door lock don't die...
We returned on a cold rainy night to find the batteries in the door lock died on our recently renovated room. Calls to front desk went unanswered requiring a walk across the property in the rain. Front desk staff called maintenance and said they would meet us at the room. After waiting 30 minutes (again no answer when calling reception), had to walk across the property again. Desk called maintenance who had just arrived and proceeded to change batteries and enable access. The process took over an hour. Much of that time standing in the cold outside the room and walking through the rain since front desk phone was not being answered. I requested a member of management team to contact me on 3 occasions as there was not a manager available during the incident, the following morning or the morning of our checkout. It's been a week since the incident and still no contact. Pretty shocking for an IHG property!

Great place. Staff was very welcoming.
Excellent value - clean villa, staff texted every day to check on us. When I had a question, I texted, and received an immediate response. Overall, it was a very nice, relaxing stay.
Yes, I recommend this property.

Beautiful landscaping
First 2 days, the neighbors upstairs ran around on the floor all nights of the hour. Two of the days ants were everywhere in the kitchen, we called the desk they came three hours later and sprayed, but they were still everywhere.

Light and power outage
I usually don't write any negative review for my stay, but this stay here did not meet my expectation at all. 1. Stayed for 2 nights, but had to sleep 1 night without lights and power due to power outage to my room. Power was out around 11PM and even interphone did not work. 2. Checking in process was quite slow and annoying. Why slow ? My ckecking in was used to train new staff to show and train her every system procedure one by one. It is understandable that they had to train their people, but if so, it may be better to ask client's favor in advance especially if it is at late evening. 3. When checking out, explained my issue to the staff, but her response was like robot who was doing what was programmed

Great stay
Excellent property well maintained but I will never go through another presentation with the high pressure and not accepting NO. Will definitely return to property again
Yes, I recommend this property.

Great experiences one night stay
A one night stay on our way to a time share that we wished we were staying a week. Very enjoyable stay. We were just overwhelmed with the facilities.
Yes, I recommend this property.

Expensive for a moderate hotel with good amenities
The amenities were amazing, they’ve honestly thought of everything. The overall look is impressive and each room is more like a condo vs just another hotel room. There are 5 pools, 3 hot tubs, 2 lazy rivers and so much more including fire pits and lots of places to grill out, all set up and just ready to use. The staff was amazing, very friendly - the check in process took a hot minute though, you go from check in counter one than sent across the lobby to check in counter 2, this made the process that much longer. Why 1 person isn’t able to accept your payment and hand you a hotel key I have zero clue. The lacking came in a few areas, we were in a newly renovated room that had shotty construction at best, doors not latching, doors not locking, mediocre warm water, master shower flooded the entire bathroom because of a poor drainage plan, the soaking tub is smaller than a tub you would find in a 1970’s mobile home. The master bed was extremely soft - be prepared to sink in it. No fresh towels or anything offered on continued nights stays where most hotels would drop off at least fresh towels etc - And there is a HUGE push to be an owner of their timeshare - a 90 minute presentation takes entirely all day long and you are pushed to make a decision without being able to think about it at all.
Yes, I recommend this property.

Worst night sleep in a long time
Worst hotel experience in 10 years. Very noisy, fire alarm chirping, nice but no caring from hotel staff. The small room for laundry and rooms is crazy loud. It’s a bad design. Hotel staff was nice, but seemed to lack care.

Too much to say with 50 characters
The rooms were clean but missed some small details like the crack in the bathroom and the missing bulb over the sink and the weak water pressure i spoke to someone on the property in regards to in but was never addressed other than them saying thats weird...but we were also told we would get a free stay for going to the timeshare presentation and it would be sent to our email and never go that either but besides the lazy river missing a few tiles and needing a cleaning the property was beautiful
No, I do not recommend this property.
