Comfortable bed and great vacation time

Holiday inn vacation is a great place to relax and at appropriate distance from the beach so that you and your family can take a short walk to enjoy and relax. The water park and the pools are awesome. I love to have access to the new facility which is located by the beach.

Great midweek vacation

We have been staying at this Holiday Inn Vacation resort since if first opened and we enjoy going back. We enjoy having a living room to relax in rather than just a room. Our rooms have always been well maintained and very clean. The beds are so very comfortable that we have a great night's sleep whenever we stay. The front desk crew is always so friendly and efficient. I'm not crazy about having to go through the timeshare desk to get my keys to the room but for the last few times they didn't give me the "hard sell" on taking a tour. That has been very pleasant. We also love the separate beach club, right across the street, which provides beach access.

Best Family Vacation Ever!

It was our first time visiting and we can’t wait to go back! There was so much to do from activities to amenities. We hope to stay longer during our next trip because we would love to explore more in the area

Big rooms is only positive

Room and pool area cleanliness could be better. Do not do the timeshare presentation even if gift is offered. It will go well past the 2 hours promised and then sales team will blame you. It will ruin the whole day of sales presentation. Shuttle is nice feature to beach. Location is far from main strip and boardwalk definitely not walking distance so be prepared to drive or take a cab if rides or a boardwalk is an interest.

Comfortable

Great hotel and location ! Highly recommend to all families. Lots of amenities and super close to the beach and attractions. Pool is super clean and food is super tasty . And customer service is top notch .

Family Friendly

I was looking for a place that provided activities for the age range of my grandchildren ages 27, 15, & 2. This place was perfect providing something everyone could enjoy. I loved the shuttle service. Never had to wait long for service. And the rooms ( kitchen & bathrooms) were very clean!

Beautiful resort

Beautiful grounds. Rooms were very nice. And quiet, making for a good night’s sleep. Friendly staff. Great location. Minutes from the airport. Plenty of pools to where it never seemed crowded even with full capacity. Shuttle ride to the beach across from the resort was convenient. Only con would be not enough umbrellas at the pools for shade. But we will return!
