Enjoyed everything about our stay

First time visiting Marco Island and enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was very spacious and clean with beautiful modern decor., large screened in balcony to enjoy the view overlooking a large canal. Pool was refreshing and not crowded. Always could find a seat. Not sure if that would be a problem if we were to visit in season. Front desk was attentive and friendly. Beach chairs and towels are provided which is an added plus Holiday Inn club vacations is very close to Grocery store (Winn Dixie) making it easy to get anything you need. The only disappointment was i didn't book a longer stay.

Great location, comfort and value

We were very impressed by the size, condition and comfort of the apartment. The hotel has a very nice location and nice facilities. The swimming pool and the game room were a hit with the children. The back view from the balcony provided the "Florida feel" we really enjoy. The staff was cordial, professional and attentive to our needs for supplies, recommendations or anything we needed. They made our stay so much nicer and relaxing. Easy and convenient parking and good value for the price/rates also. We certainly will return.

Comfortable and relaxing environment

Great property overall. The staff were great and very accommodating, especially Dudley. He was very friendly and helpful during our stay. The property is centrally located and very accessible, as well as quiet and very relaxing indeed. I would highly recommend this location if you are in the area.

Decent family vacation

Decent hotel. Our room was spacious and clean. It had everything we needed. Toilets kept running if handles weren’t jiggled which was a bit annoying. Pool area is nice, pool is small and by afternoon when temp is high water is very warm so you never get cooled off. Shuttle service is really good and upon request so you never have to wait long. Beach chairs were available at first but then guests keep them when they are suppose to so by midweek we had old rusty chairs that stained our clothes and were terrible at the beach. Returning of chairs is not enforced so this is a problem. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and coffee in walking distant, this is really nice! Overall a decent stay.

Elevators not working

Could give more stars but elevators not working entire stay and customer service response inadequate.
