Hidden Gem
Our tradition for July 4th and 3 -day weekends is to visit Marco. This was my first time at this property and now our family cannot wait to come back. The villa was spacious well decorated with everything we needed. The attention to detail, shuttle, bay views and friendly staff are what sets you apart . Well done on all of it. We were surprised and impressed with amenities, ease of parking , bike rental option and tranquility we dont normally e

Great resort and staff.
This is a very nice resort with great amenities and friendly, helpful staff. We enjoyed the spacious room with three bedrooms. The pool was also very nice and the water was nice and warm. Every staff member made us feel welcome.

Absolutely Worth Every Penny!!
The absolute best hotel we’ve ever stayed in. The villa was so spacious and clean. It was a HUGE 3 bedroom 2 bath with a full kitchen. The decor was impeccable. The water views were breathtaking! The staff were gracious and knowledgeable. We are already planning another visit.

Beautiful gem 3 bedroom unit
We took our daughters family and my husband and I for a short vacation on Marco Island. Found this gem of a vacation rental online. Newly renovated kitchens and beautifuly appointed 3 bedroom unit, So comfortable and conveniently located to shops and restaurants. Nice park across the way. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Made sure we were satisfied with our unit and visit. Will back!

Location and comfort
Rooms extremely comfortable and plenty of square footage. Every room has a water view. Elevator or stair options. Full kitchen with all amenities gives options for eating in and plenty places to walk for eating out. Rooms and grounds very clean. Pool area/ and pool furnishings bit dated but They are refurbishing parts of hotel late 2025-early 2026. Location is great. Staff very helpful. Stayed here with family 2x and will return again

Stayed here for years. Staff couldn’t be better. Nice central location. They have an accommodating shuttle to 3 beaches. Pool is warm in January. There is a park adjoining with a farmer’s market, concerts and recreation. Relaxing place to stay.

I’ve been coming to Marco Island for years but this was our first stay at the Sunset Cove Resort. My hubby and I were 100% impressed with this property. We had a 3 bedroom suite and it was clean, roomy and beautiful. Staff was great. I’d stay here again for sure. Highly recommended!!!!
