Great stay

Rooms were clean, comfortable better than expected. For the size of the room, definitely a value. Unfortunately for the time of year we were there, we didn't get to enjoy the amenities. Staff was friendly throughout our stay.

Great rooms and hospitality

The rooms were big and made us feel at home I travel for work and this allowed my family to come see me and enjoy the awesome amenities while not being cramped into a single room

Quiet location, but rooms need upgraded mattresses

We have stayed at the Timber Creek location a few times. It is always clean and quiet, staff is always polite. My only issue is the mattresses are always really broken down and uncomfortable. As I said, we have stayed there several times and it has been the same in every room. An upgrade in this area would be a definite plus.

bedbugs

bedbugs were found in the room, the staff responded very well but the fact that they were found at all is ectremely disturbing, we had 2 rooms our son and family were in the other. we were moved to a different building.

Great stay

Third time staying at Timber Creek. This is a resort where you can just relax and unwind.

Beautiful Location

Beautiful Location, and the rooms are more like apartments which is super nice! They have a ton of things to do and the staff was awesome. Thanks so much for a great stay!

Excellent stay

Great value price! Comfort as if you were at home. Nice decor and good space Plus the snank / restaurant was a huge plus when I didn't want to drive to find a restaurant

I am still waiting on my receipt for the stay. This is delaying my ability to finish my expense report!

Great location and value, but some issues with cleanliness

Resort was in a great location for our activities, rooms were spacious and more than we expected in terms of space. Staff was limited but friendly. Rooms were clean, but had bug problems. We had live and dead bugs in the living areas, bathrooms and kitchen. Pool appeared to be open, but when trying to use it we were told it was closed for the season. There was no signage stating this and we were not told about it during check-in.

Great value for a great place!

You cannot beat the value! The 2 bedroom/2 bath units, equipped with a full kitchen and a property full of amenities for both kids and adults alike makes for a relaxing, stress free and enjoyable visit!
