Old and dated

Maintenance seems to be lacking. Rooms are not updated or repaired. Furniture was stained and dirty. Carpets were extremely dirty and stained. Infested with spiders in all walkways, stairwells and balcony.

A slice of heaven

I just needed somewhere to get away and unwind, and this was the perfect place. I forgot I was so close to home even. I sat out and watched the sunset by the lake and never wanted to leave. I would love to stay longer the next time.

Excellent Stay

This is our second time to stay at The Villages Resort. Check in and check out went smoothly. Really liked the room entry wrist bands. Worked well and much easier than keeping up with a key card. The room was clean and spacious. We were located by the marina which made our fishing trip more enjoyable. View of the water from our balcony was a plus.

Great relaxing weekend

we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Very relaxing great amenities looks like a great place to bring grandkids in the future. the only one drawback was when we got there they said our room was ready, and when I walked in, the cleaners were still finishing up, we didn’t have any coffee. We didn’t have any paper towels, and we missed a box of tissues in the bathroom, other than that, the place was great.

Clean facilities with many things to do on site

This was our first time to stay and we really enjoyed our visit. We had a large group (four families) so we had 4 units. We were all together and able to move back and fourth between rooms to visit. We used the pool, the pickle ball courts, and ate lunch. All was great.

Great Family Vacation

We had a peaceful and enjoyable stay. The resort offers tons of family activities. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. Can’t wait to stay again.

Spacious But I'd save your money

The room was spacious. There were plenty of towels. The rooms and beds were fairly comfortable however the tub would not drain in one of the bathrooms. The kitchen is decent though not well equipped. Definitely only a seasonal place to come and stay because everything was running barely and not all amenities were open due to the season. I stayed in the beginning of October. Don't plan on doing any work on Wi-Fi if you require any type of VPN or secure network. It's not even password protected.

Nice Spacious Cabins

I really liked this hotel and would love to plan a trip with my children and grandchildren. The location is excellent, and it is close to other businesses like restaurants and stores. It was a nice, quiet atmosphere.

Weekend stay

Stayed for the weekend. In town for a wedding. Hotel was clean and spacious. I have no complaints about the room itself.
