This resort need to do better.

I was not impressed with the resort. This resort needs major upgrades. I will not be a returning guest. The room was left untidy from previous guest. The cleaning staff needs to do better. The property shown online is false advertising.

Hurt feelings in Flint Tx.

I made a trip for my grandkids ( 15 of us total) and they love the water park, but to improve…Safety first ( I fell the first hour of our visit and the life guard girl just sat there and didn’t come to my aid, my son helped me get out of the hole I stepped in and she still sat there, I went to her to let her knw but she did bring me a ice pack for my ankle) it needs to be all inclusive. We paid a lot to stay here (4 grand villa’s) and still had to pay for everything we wanted to do. Love the rooms and the layout but hated that the elevator was out also. We had to pack everything up and down stairs even tho we was on the first floor that was under ground. The reason for the first floor was not to use stairs and he didn’t tell us that it was underground or I would have suggested the second floor.

Needs extermination

The building is overrun with spiders. I can understand a few here and there but in every stairwell and room is unacceptable. We killed so many. I didn’t even want to go out to enjoy the patio.

Great stay

Excellent stay at this beautiful property, could use some minor updates none of which affected our stay. All the staff was friendly and helpful.

Bed bugs

Bed bugs in the room made our fam have an overall bad experience

Time flies

It’s was ok but I was definitely relaxed. I loved the water park but definitely was priced alot. The room was nice not all the way clean though are maybe it because is an older site. But overall it was good just pricey.

Over all comfort

Beds were very uncomfortable and water was not hot long enough

Great Stay at The Villages

The Flint location is a preferred stau for my family. A lot to do on-site and stores not too far away and access to the lake. There are activities for all ages and the activities offered are based on the holiday that is near.

Presidential Harbor

Everything was so nice. To be able to view the lake from the room balcony was wonderful. This was the first time staying in this part and I would choose this area over and over again!

Great facility

Took my kids for my birthday to enjoy the water park and the activities however it decided to rain so we only got to experience the water park I wished we could’ve explored the whole facility hopefully one day we get to come back
