Skweekey bed

One of the beds skeeeked really bad, making it hard to fall asllep. Could not turn or roll over with out waking someone up.

Comfortable beds, great location

Property was fun, beds were great. Would stay again if ever in Tyler.

It was good

It was a good stay. The Villages are nice. I would vacation there again. NY family and I enjoyed the marina

Not the greatest

Room was quite dirty apon arrival shower did not work in one of the bathrooms in the other bathroom the toilet did not flush call the office said maintenance would be 3 hours never showed up for the remainder of the stay 2 days it did have a bit of space and was updated but was definitely not upkept to a decent standard

Stay

Ive done the survey and its plain as day how I felt having to do this part is hideous I enjoyed my stay rooms are spacious TV’S are hideous in size definitely need upgrading the cleaning was not that great I had bleach wipes that I had to clean with after entering the room

Great stay at beautiful resort

We took this trip for my daughter’s 25th birthday and couldn’t be more happy! Everyone had a wonderful trip and by Sunday none of us were ready to leave. We will definitely be going back. So many different things to do for all ages. This was a great experience!

Comfortable bed

Great experience overall and good customer service. I was received very welcome and the place is awesome. There’s so many things to do to have fun. It was a wonderful experience. My family and I enjoyed so much.

I’ve never had experienced having my own kitchen w/ my own-personal bathroom in the master bathroom. I was so elated to have all of privacy

Everyone is so friendly and helpful

From the time you check in until you check out everyone was friendly. Activities with Alex ( tie dye and bingo ) was great and was very patient. The only addition that might need to be added is to place a sign in the inside activity area that states swim suit covers must be worn in this area. Some people need to be informed to cover when not at pools. Lifeguards were spot on at the water park.

Great Family Adventure

The hotel was a great family getaway. There are plenty of things for the family to do together. The area was nice and safe, and all the activities were surrounded by nature. It was relaxing and peaceful.
