HIGHLY RECOMMEND
This is a hidden jewel of Williamsburg. Perfect location for sight seeing and activities. Didn’t want to leave the resort. If you’re in the area, stay here !

Never Again
The Room was very spacious however wasn't very clean we found everything from toe nail clippings to glass and dirt in the carpet. We tried to check in early by about an 1 1/2 hour early and were told there was nothing available and to comeback at 4pm. We observed other guests coming in retrieving their room keys (I know because I talked to one couple). So I came back at 4pm and my room still was not ready until someone said to hold on and they went to check the board that is completely out of sight from people. At this time I felt like I had been put on the back burner because I did not want to take a tour of the property/

Great value and friendly staff
Only stayed one night and want to come back for more. Stayed in a two bedroom villa and it was less expensive than two rooms at a standard hotel. It packed full of amenities we didn’t even get the chance to use but excited us to hopefully come back and try them. Nice staff that were great advocates for the resort.
Yes, I recommend this property.

A quiet residence, in room and in the building.
Super amenities pool miniature golf bowling alley location, great place to catch up with family or friends. Loved seeing the different sites, yoktown, jamestown, williamsburg and of course busch gardens. It is our favorite place to go.

Beautiful Older Resort
This is a wonderful location to visit. The resort is close to all of the attractions. We really loved the huge, heated indoor pool and the bowling alley. The resort looks to be a little older, but is nicely kept up. The bed was large and comfy and the area surrounding is quiet. The bathrooms could use a bit of an update, especially for seniors.

With the exception of minor hiccups, I had an amazingly great stay

Outdated vacation club property.
We chose this location for its convenience and proximity to the activities we had planned for our Spring break at Williamsburg, VA. Unfortunately, it is quite dated. Upon check-in, we were informed that our unit was recently renovated. All I can see were some new paint on the walls, a few pieces of newer furnishings and maybe the floors were redone. The primary bathroom had a very moldy/ mildewed smell, probably due to the aged Jacuzzi tub in there. The faucet was falling off the walls, shower curtains had mildew stains and the bed was very worn out. There were no blankets on the guest beds. The kitchen had minimal pots/pans, silverware and dinnerware. For the price, it was not worth it. We will jot return nor recommend.
No, I do not recommend this property.

Aggressive timeshare push; dirty room
This is the second time I have stayed here and it may be the last. The workers attempt to get you to attend a timeshare seminar to make a quick buck and won’t give you your room key until you basically bark back at them that you aren’t interested 85 times. Really leaves a bad taste in my mouth. It’s one thing to try to push a sale but you should not be rude about people declining it. The woman who spoke to us (8-9pm on 3/29) is not someone I’d ever want to interact with again. The unit we were in was not clean. There were crumbs all over the counters, the dishes were dirty, the floors had not been swept, etc.
