Great Service. Clean, comfortable room.
Our villa was wonderful and roomy. We had a kitchen, living area and bedroom. The decor was up to date. We were very pleased with everything. The staff was very accommodating whenever we needed anything.

Bugs in room!
My wife got bit by this big spider in the bedroom after it ran from under the sheet onto the floor where I killed it. She had to go to the emergency room for the swelling itching of her toe. She couldn’t feel her toe which is why we went. She now on antibiotics and pain meds from the stinging in her toe, itching and the swelling. Rooms need to be sprayed for pest and cleaned a little better. We also seen a spider in the bathroom it was dead though

We are a family of five and we had a great time. The staff is polite, respectful and very professional. They amenities were great and the kids enjoyed it. Definitely a great location to go enjoy with the family.

Great place to stay!
We've been here plenty of times in the past and just came back recently. The room and building were very clean and well maintained. Besides folks yelling and playing loud music in a unit below us until around 3am, everything else was great. The bed was ok, not great.

landscaping and resort grounds
The landscaping and resort grounds were well maintained. I loved the touch of the American flags spaced out on the drive and the red white and blue lights displayed on the trees at night. This was nice way to celebrate Memorial Day.

The grounds coming in were beautiful and the staff was Knowledgeable and friendly. The accommodations were comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was convenient to colonial Williamsburg, great restaurants, the outlet mall and the movies. I will recommend this hotel to all my friends and family. Joe and Mary Vero Beach, FL
