Good but I had a few problems
The property is beautiful and big. The bed was amazing. Very clean. Maintenance was fantastic but….. restaurant was so slow, food was amazing though. Was locked out of our room for over an hour and a half. Front desk people are not very customer service educated or pleasant. So much to do.

I would like to formally recognize several outstanding team members at Holiday Inn Club Vacations Cape Canaveral Beach Resort whose professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality significantly enhanced my stay. A very special commendation goes to Rosie, whose positivity and kindness were immediately evident despite working the night shift during the holiday season. Her upbeat demeanor and sincere care for guests made a meaningful impact. One moment that stood out was when she said, “I hope I made your day a little rosier.” This simple yet heartfelt gesture perfectly captured her authenticity and dedication to guest experience. Rosie demonstrated empathy, warmth, and genuine service, and I strongly encourage leadership to recognize and reward her contributions. She is truly a gem and a wonderful representative of IHG hospitality. I would also like to recognize Angelina, who consistently brought a welcoming, helpful, and professional presence. Her happy and attentive approach helped create a comfortable and positive environment for guests. Additionally, Michelle, who served us during both dinner and lunch, delivered exceptional service. Despite managing a very busy environment, she acknowledged every guest promptly and maintained a warm, engaging demeanor throughout. Michelle’s attention to detail was especially impressive — after several days and serving many guests, she remembered my exact drink preference. This level of personalization reflects a high standard of service excellence and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. While the check-in experience did not initially begin as smoothly as expected (it was transactional- not the hospitality vibe!), the overall stay was significantly elevated thanks to Luis and Darren. Both were approachable, relaxed, and genuinely engaging, providing assistance and thoughtful conversation throughout the stay. Their professionalism and friendliness contributed greatly to turning the experience into a positive one. It was also evident that this strong guest-focused culture is influenced by effective leadership. Luis and Darren spoke very highly of Gary Ross, the General Manager, and their feedback was reflected on (exception to a few front desk folks) team’s behavior. His warm, humble leadership style and emphasis on respectful treatment of both guests and employees is clearly resonating throughout the resort. Rosie, Angelina, Michelle, Luis, and Darren exemplify the values of genuine hospitality, professionalism, and care that define the IHG brand. Their collective efforts made a lasting impression, and they are deserving of recognition for consistently delivering an exceptional guest experience. All in all - 4 only because of a handful of folks who were not very pleasant .

Cannot say enough about the willingness and effort to make our stay so much more comfortable! We are so grateful and appreciative especially of the front desk employees to work with us and our family. Beautiful resort and very clean. Location is unique and fun with the cruise ships and launches. Housekeeping and maintenance is very thorough and accommodating. Will be looking forward to when we can come back…

Beautiful pools and great Beach access
We recently stayed over to spend time with family and friends visiting from out of state. The resort itself is set up great. There are a lot of fun activities for kids of all ages and I felt like it was very family friendly. Our actual check in lady was super sweet and helpful however anytime we dealt with anyone else at the front desk to sign out equipment or to get our pre-check in bands it felt like we were bothering them and they were rude. Overall the resort is clean and fun but some of the staff lacks the southern charm we are used too. I also wish the property had more on site options for restaurants and maybe an actual ice cream shop or coffee bar. There are a lot or nice places around locally to eat but sometimes its nice to just stay put and relax. Definitely bring your own pool towels! They have cheap horrible pool towels!!! There is alot to do in the area and the beach and pier are beautiful to walk too. I would recommend it overall as a fun family vacation.

This was our second stay here and we loved it! Going on cruise and stayed here for close proximity to terminal. Just walked across the street! Love Bingo at the pool and walking to the beach.

Disappointing for an IHG property
The property at first glance was great. Outside was stunning, the lobby was beautiful, but unfortunately it ended there. Old and outdated is being nice. Our first room was disgusting. We walked in and immediately were hit with an overwhelming scent of dog pee, stained carpets, and the wall was stained as well next to the door. Called the front desk, was told a ticket would’ve opened and someone would investigate. After sitting in the hallway for over 30 minutes (it smelled that bad), we finally called back and asked how long it would take. Only then were we offered to have our room switched. Very disappointing considering they are a time share property, and people are paying big money for these time shares.

Terrible property IHG should be embarrassed by
First off, I used (a LOT) of points to have a room here and felt I was treated as a second class citizen by being given a very dated handicap accessible room in very bad condition. There were stains on the blankets and it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and I do not need nor did I request an accessible room. The check in took forever because they try to get you to do their stupid time share presentation, which I had no interest in. Someone travelling with us did do the presentation and they were scared and intimidated by a very aggressive sales person when they said no. I would stay very far away from this place, and we would never consider another IHG timeshare location again.

Absolutely Terrible Front Desk Customer Service!
The hotel staff working the front desk including the manager were completely useless! Very unfriendly! Incompetent! Lazy! Not willing to help us with any of the issues we had with our stay! Absolutely terrible front desk customer service!
