Amazing Vacation

My family and I loved staying here! The entire experience was simply outstanding and we had a blast enjoying the property. The proximity to the beach was a huge benefit and the lazy river was a highlight!

Missed the Mark

Could be close to a dream vacation destination. The hindrance is the 4:00 check in time, even if you had reservations up to months in advances or even a Holiday Inn Rewards member. I was at least glad they had a place to store your luggage. It would have been great if they offered a way to change into bathing suits, so we could enjoy the pools. At the desk, they let housekeeping know we were there and they were trying to expedite our check in. They were supposed to have our phone number to let us know when it was ready. I continuely checked with the front desk, but I was not given any idea how much longer it would be. I did get a text from the desk asking us if we were enjoy our room, but we had not gotten word it was even ready. By this time, We had considered going to the magician who was to appear that evening but we were covered with sweat and worn out. This would have put another notch in having a great stay

Nice Resort

Resort was wonderful and would love to stay at this location again. However, the sofa bed was the most uncomfortable sleep I’ve ever had. I actually slept in the floor the second night. I could only book this location again if it were a room with double beds.

So much too do here on site.

My kids loved all the amenities and we truly never had to leave the property. I would definitely stay here in the future. Convenient spot that gets to many places quickly outside of the hotel. Definitely give it a try!

Was an incredibly easy stay here at the IHG cape caneveral resort. I have a small child and it was a pleasant experience. Would definitely stay again.

great stay for the family

You will enjoy all the amenities this hotel has to offer, from the clean rooms to the amazing pool with a slide and a lazy river. There are kiddie pools as well. A mini golf course and movie theatre keep the family entertained. Food a beverage areas serve enticing meals and tropical drinks. This is an all-inclusive experience for the whole family.

Ice Free Resort

This resort does not offer ice or water stations. Also do not listen to the staff about paying with a credit card and use room charge so they don't steal your information.

Great Place to Stay for a Family

Perfect location minutes from Jettie Park and beaches. A short drive to Merritt Island Nature Preserve. Amazing amenities including multiple pools, basketball court, arcade, fitness center, and excellent dining. Staff was incredibly helpful - front desk, concierge, and maintenance all went above and beyond. Room was spotless with quick service for any issues. Great for families or couples exploring Space Coast. Already booking our return trip!

Exactly what we were hoping for!

The front desk was very welcoming and friendly when we checked in that night. The following morning, we were joyfully greeted by the shuttle driver, and each time after that. The pool was relaxing and our son thoroughly enjoyed the slides. The condo was well done and clean!

Poor service

Arrived at the hotel around 10am and the lady at the front desk wasn’t very friendly. The path to the beach was under construction. 18% gratuities on everything including the coffee from the restaurant. You get served a cup a coffee in a disposable cup and then get told to add the cream/sugar etc at a bar but get charged 18% tip. We stayed for two night but never got clean towels or room service. All the room are open to the outside like a motel.
