So much to do on the property

There is no need to leave the property. From the beach, the pools, hot tub, basketball, movies. And so much more. My kids were entertained the whole time and my wife and I were able to just relax

Not the best stay at all

Old musty rooms, inattentive check in, weak rewards stay (we got two tiny bottles of water for being Gold, why bother) loud guest rooms at our location on property Nice location and amenities but a tired hotel in need of renovations. Pretty lazy guest services at check in.

Wonderful Place to Stay prior to Cruise

Very nice, lots of room, lots of things to do. Loved location close to the beach, great pool. We will be back!

Amazing location and venue

The hotel was great and the location was perfect for a pre-cruise stay. The rooms were nice and big, and the bathrooms were excellent. I would definitely recommend this for a pre.cruise or beachfront get away.

Replacement filte

Everything was fine except for the filter needed to be replaced.

When arrived to the hotel room was filthy. The floors were not swept or mopped. There is food on the dishwasher and on the cabinets the bathroom had lots of hair in the shower and I used Band-Aid in the shower and there was poop on the wall next to the toilet, the fridge was not turned on and my son’s ice cream birthday cake melted because of this

Welcoming staff

Very nice staff and welcoming atmosphere I would recommend this property to every Family who is interested in beach and relaxing at the same time with multi age members. The added bonus was the NASA launch

So beautiful and right by the cruise terminal!

We came to FL a few days before our cruise. The resort was conveniently located right next to the cruise terminal which made cruise departure day so easy. The resort is spotless, has so much to do, and the staff were very friendly.

Very convenient place to stay before your cruise.

The 1 bedroom suite is great for a family, especially if travelling for a cruise. It is very convenient with major stores and restaurants close by. It also has a full kitchen and washer dryer in the room. The pools and beach access are extremely nice when trying to entertain small kids. Would like to see the arcade room get updated as it has the same boring worn out games that have been there for the past 4 years we have stayed here. We would also like to see the kids play area open back up, which was shut down during covid. This was a great alternative for the kids to play inside during the heat of the day.
