Not recommended

The only good thing about this hotel is the pool. We thought it was beachfront and it was not. The beach was about a 10-15 minute walk and the beach was not very nice at all. The restaurant onsite was not good at all either. There was no notice to us about the slide not being open and that was something we looked forward to. Miniature golf course was okay but not anything special, just something to pass time. The pool party with the kids was actually fun to watch and the gentleman who does it was funny. Will not stay again

dirty, outdated, and relentless time share sales pitches

This is like no other IHG property I have stayed at before. They could care less if you are a loyal member. They get extremely upset if you refuse the time share sales pitch, and they assign your room after you agree or decline them. If you decline you get a downgraded room. The food at the pool bar is overpriced and terrible. They charge an automatic 18% tip (without telling you) and pay little attention to the customers. Would not recommend this hotel

Amazing property

From the early check in to the amazing room and all the wonderful amenities, this is a great vacation destination! We stayed for two nights after a cruise and this was the perfect place to relax. We will definitely be coming back.

Old musky rooms, air barely works

Old and very dated. Looks were very deceiving. We were not impressed. My 5 year old child opened up what he thought was a closet door and was were the heat/air unit was, appeared to be wiring and other mechanical things out in the open were children shouldn't have access too. Also the air unit did not work well and the room was humid and warm all day and night. It wasn't worth what we paid for.

Find someone, anywhere else.

The pool is great, that’s where it ends. Some of the worst food we’ve ever had, that took exceptionally long to order and receive. Same for beverages. The smell of exhaust worts over from the cruise ships. And if they’re dredging , I hope you like a murky loud beach. And don’t want to sleep. They are very understaffed and the staff are not educated in the hotel policies leading us to have been provided bad information resulting in having to spend $100’s. If you’re a platinum member they might tell you you HAVE 2 pm check out , that’s a lie. There isn’t anything within walking distance either. After the checkout nightmare I cannot tell you how terrible of an experience this is. Go anywhere else. The pool isn’t worth it.

Okay stay

Beds were uncomfortable, the atmosphere was fun, good proximity the cruise ships. Beach was fun.

Amazing Place to Stay

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay at this location. The amenities were phenomenal as well as the customer service we received from everyone at the location. The bed was a little uncomfortable, and we could hear noise throughout the night. However, that won't keep us from staying here again. We will definitely return! Side note: They have the best shrimp tacos I've ever had!

Incredible property

First time at this property after being at Orange Lake many times. Loved the pools and the beach access. Our two bedroom suite in Building 3 was incredible. Food is delicious, especially the blackened grouper that I enjoyed on two separate occasions. Played a lot of billiards, air hockey, and mini-golf with my son. Highly recommend and I will be back.

Best resort in town

The resort was the best I've stayed at at a long time the four bedroom Villa was Exquisite the family truly enjoyed staying at this beautiful Resort at a perfect location we are planning to book another state at this location in the very very near future

Limited options & Slow check in

Check in service took forever. One service person was there but answering phone call after phone call while we waited for check in. She had all my documents so I couldn’t step away while she waited on calls. They charge a non-refundable resort fee once you arrive then give a restaurant credit that I wasn’t able to use because the only restaurant they have doesn’t open until 8:30am. They won’t apply the restaurant credit to your bill so you just lose it. We had to be at the cruise port at 8am and went to Grills for breakfast - and that was fabulous! The direction signage around the resort is lacking. The pool area is beautiful. The 2 bedroom suite we reserved was great. No shuttle from the resort to cruise ports. We just paid for a Lyft ride.
