Great place to stay

Great place to stay Kitchen, washer dryer Amazing view

Good stay! One day stay, it was clean the guy at the front desk was nice and friendly! He went cleaning the floors while in between guests! The blonde girl was very nice smiling and greeting everyone in breakfast! She was stocking the utensils and cleaning everything ! Love seeing workers actually working!

Would stay again!!

Hotel is outdated however, the rooms are clean, beds are comfy and the showers are hot! Breakfast was full I like how they have turkey and regular meat available for a variety!

Staff handling of power outage

We stay 5-6 times a year for 3-4 days. power went out the first night and never receive and phone call follow up from staff about anything on what was going on. We spoke with the manager Will Sunday after we checked out and He was amazing went above and beyond to make things right. Would hope they find more staff with his sense of customer service it is truly needed in today’s world

Wonderful Stay and Excellent Service

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the location was very convenient. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Wonderful Stay!

Our stay at the Holiday Inn Wally Hot Springs was amazing. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing and beautiful — quiet, peaceful, and exactly what we needed. It was the perfect place to unwind and recharge. Brittany at the front desk was especially helpful and polite, making our experience even better. We will definitely be back soon!

Not a good experience

The front desk called us 3 times before 10 pm because of the noise, we’re having gatherings and having fun and the next door banging our door. The front desk didn’t do anything about it. Ruined our gathering

Not sound insulated

Have stayed many times as an owner in one and two bedroom units. This stays was on the Aurora building in a one bedroom lockout unit. The lockout door was NOT sound or light insulated and the neighbor was a loud drunk person. The front desk attendant was wonderful and did her best to mediate, but some people are not cooperative. It was an unpleasant stay and way too much money for that experience.

Worst stay in a motel I’ve ever experienced horrible service staff was rude made me wait at the counter Until they finish their cigarette, they waited there for 15-20 minutes As I was getting checked in, they were complaining about another guest who complained about a room, said some horrible stuff about the guest got to my room. The bed looked like it was slept in. Shower had mold when I as woke up At 8 AM in the morning, pounding and drilling in the next room to do the handyman fixing stuff there was a Bug crawling across the The bed next to me I have a video of being woke up that early and pictures of the bug the mold in the messy bed that had looked like it was slept in The manager was polite, but tried blowing off the fact that his guy should not have been banging on the walls at 8 AM when I’m trying to sleep in for a room I paid for He tried justifying the fact he was working they shouldn’t have people working on rooms next to customers that early in the morning they can wait till noon Then he tried gaslighting me on the mold in the shower. Tell me it’s not that bad. It’s hard water stains, hard water, or mold. Either way those showers should be cleaner. I have hard water at my house. My showers don’t have brown nasty corners growing in them because I clean them on the daily. It was disgusting. I felt like I was sleeping in a budget in or a motel six you guys should be embarrassed.
