Hot Springs Getaway.

I decided to treat myself for a Hot Springs getaway for my recent 65th birthday. As always I was not disappointed. Quiet, peaceful, view was incredible. The entire staff was fantastic. Shoutout to Bernie at the front desk. My newest friend there. And always to Cynthia at the restaurant bar. I have recommended this place to all my friends and family. Next trip is with my fiance. Cant wait to see everyone.

Nice Room- Remodel was a great enhancement from previous room status

The resort property has been upgraded since the remodel and offers a better overall environment, however, my stay was significantly impacted by an extremely loud guest and I do not feel that the hotel supervisor did anything to address the matter despite multiple complaints. At a minimum someone from maintenance should have gone to the room to request that they show respect which did not happen.

Plumbing and weather stripping need to be fixed.

Very disappointed in this property's rooms. The plumbing is bad. The weather stripping is bad. The set up of this property is not convenient at all. Will not be staying here again, will stay at another location when in the area.

Great place to relax

It was a great experience and absolutely a great place to relax with my daughter. The stuff was very nice and helpful and the whole atmosphere was very relaxing and beautiful. Will definitely be back here sometime soon!

Needs a remodel

Food was excellent but the resort leaves a lot to be desired. Starting with the front desk staff to the smell and cleanliness of the rooms. This property used to be amazing, not anymore.

Bathroom problem

I love the resort but since Holliday inn took over it seems the quality went down. The hot spring is dirty and the hot tub in our room not working.

Okay place to stay

The hot springs at were just okay but not quite what we hoped for. Unfortunately, the mineral content seemed lower than expected, so we didn’t experience that “therapeutic” effect that’s often the appeal of hot springs. Also, there weren’t any visible displays of the pool temperatures, which made it difficult to know which pools were hotter or cooler without just testing them ourselves. The rooms were comfortable, and we didn’t have any complaints there. Dining options were a bit limited, so it would have been nice to have more variety on-site, especially for longer stays. Overall, it was a decent experience, but we left feeling like it didn’t quite live up to the potential of a great hot springs retreat.

Great service and clean rooms

From the second we walked in the door the service was amazing. We were so impressed by our room which was very spacious. The kids had so much to do there with the game room, pool, playground. We will definitely be going back!

FANTASTIC !!!

My husband and stayed here cause it was our 45th wedding anniversary ... when we entered the lobby we were greeting with awesome employees. Registration was a breeze ... Entered our room which was a studio, and was pleasantly surprised. Just lovely and then the balcony with amazing views, I was overwhelmed with being satisfied. The pool/hot springs were amazing very clean. The property was very well maintained... I could go on and on but I won't !!! Can hardly wait to return ... Thank you to all the wonderful employees!!!
