Dirty hot tubs
Please clean the pools daily. They are very dirty. It seems like they were not cleaned for days. I’m not the only one who noticed. Other previous guests as well.

Bugs and Cold Food
Not clean rooms--bugs in the bed. Restaurant will place your order to the last of the line unless you have a reservation--per the manager when asked why it took 45 minutes of my single order (dining alone) to arrive. She said without a reservation, it can take up to an hour to receive a meal.

Not a resort
Old rooms, run down property. No breakfast, not a suite. Rude front desk. No real amenities. Expensive rooms

Great location, hot springs charges extra
We didn't know that there’s an additional cost for Hot Springs. It was $55 per person per day. As we stayed for a week there could be some package or discount. But great location, close to heavenly, 20 minutes to grocery stores.

Fantastic views and amenities.
The rooms and hot springs were just what was needed to relax and get away.
Clean and comfortable
Thanks for this great place all staff. I'll be there in April

Good location
Feels like this resort relies heavily on its unique location. The hot springs are great and it’s nice that they include access in the resort fee. The hotel interior is dingy and outdated. It doesn’t give a rustic feel it gives and old motel feel. Kitchen and bathroom cabinets are faded and stained. Kitchen and bathroom tile feels like it’s from the 70’s. There are zero amenities provided in the room. No soaps shampoo or lotion, just a few towels. Wi-Fi is unusable and the TVs are small. We had the one bedroom suite which has a full kitchen and living room. The place overall feels like a ghost town. There was no service to the room for our two night stay, but I guess if you’re not providing anything to refill then why have someone come by the room. There was no breakfast that I was aware of. There is a restaurant onsite that is nice looking but very mediocre especially for the cost. Other guests were complaining about this as well. Also a general store where you can buy $7 bottles of water. The hot springs themselves are nice, but the locker rooms/ showers did not appear to have anyone attending to them. Piles of dirty towels everywhere and literal trash overflowing. The only staff I saw was at check in where you check into your room then they pass you off to the welcome committee that try hard to sign you up for the timeshare experience. This didn’t bother me and I was expecting it, but I am glad I did not sign up for it! No way would I consider a time share here! For what they charge for this room I could’ve stayed and a much nicer hotel in either Tahoe or Reno. Overall it was quite disappointing.

Overall great hotel
Hot springs was nice just wish the hotel had the hot tub also open as was wanting some jets. Rooms were nice a little outdated. But all in all was nice hotel and would think about staying again.

Wonderful Tetrear6
We really enjoyed our stay! The hit springscarecsobrelaxing and walking distance from.the hotel. The suite is equipped with everything you might need and it felt very welcoming. The hotel has walking trails nearby and the views are magnificent.

Romantic Snowy Getaway
Hotsprings are a must when you’re tired and stressed! We took a few days to get away and landed at IHG Genoa HotSprings David Walley. The room was clean, the staff was sweet and efficient, the kitchen offered everything we needed to cook each day. And best of all the hot springs were perfect during the snow storm! Relaxation! We watched movies, sat by the fire, had the beef dip at the restaurant, and enjoyed the hot springs! Thank you
