Highly recommended

I attended a conference at Caesar's Forum all week. I used the hotel as my home base. I appreciated the roominess for a week long stay. It is a 15 minute walk to the entrance to the Forum. Conveniently located to the Linq Promenade and the Monorail. The room was spacious like a one bedroom apartment. I had plenty of space to work, relax, and sleep. I was especially pleased to find a washer and dryer in unit. The kitchen was great for storing leftovers and then reheating with plates and utensils. The staff was friendly, attentive, and helpful. Have Evelyn make you one of her Bloody Mary's with love.

Yes, I recommend this property.

Front desk is slow

It took much too long to get some assistance at the front desk. There was only one other guest in front of me, and it took 15 minutes to check them in. There was only one person working the desk, and he didn't even acknowledge me while waiting nor apologize for the extremely long delay.

Yes, I recommend this property.

Was a Pleasant Surprise

First the bad news, Check In was a hassle. Was easy to get room but staff did not give any information regarding common questions that would come up in staying such as what do we do with garbage, towels, and dirty dishes. We were not told that we could request transportation to room. Second, we had to go to vacation services to activate our wristbands to get into room. This ploy is to subject you to their timeshare spiel. Had to say NO three times before they would activate us. Once that was over, there are no elevators to the upper floors. For two women in their sixties with bad knees and backs, it was awful. Luckily, another guest offered to take up our bags. However, once we entered the room, we were blown away. It was fantastic. Large living room with a fireplace and fan, ever thing you would need for a kitchen; large frig, microwave, stove, stoneware, utensils and plates. The most important item to me was the coffee pot. We had separate rooms with queen beds. two bathrooms with one having a bath and a balcony. The rooms were clean. They lied when they said the pools were heated but the hot tub near Building 6 was great. Their was no hot tub by the pool near us. The food at the hotel restaurant, Grill, was good. The small convenience shop closed too early but the bigger store you had to go downstairs was expensive but nice.

Yes, I recommend this property.

Great place to stay

Location was perfect. Can walk to the strip and the sphere! We had a great view of the sphere. Pools were nice, food was good. Beds were comfortable, place was clean except the floors made our feet black. Staff was very nice.

Worst experience from a Diamond Ambassador member

It was my first time staying off the strip and the property exceeded my expectations. However, the staff at the check-in was the worst. I had a 18 month toddler with me so I asked if I can get a room next to the kid’s pool. The staff didn’t even try to look for something- rather she just told me everything was already assigned. I even have the Diamond status at IHG and can’t believe I was treated like this. And the room I was assigned was at the very end of the resort which was around 15 min walk. We had three large luggages, backpack, stroller, diaper bag, car seat and a BABY. The staff didn’t even try not tell me how far it was, nor did she tell me that a shuttle existed. We (my 65 year old mother, my baby, and I) walked all the way with all these stuff and a baby under the vegas heat. And what was worse was when I got to my building we found out that our room was on the third floor and there was no elevator. I was already exhausted after the super long check in process(took more than an hour) and walking with all my luggage. I couldn’t believe I had to walk upstairs with all these stuff. By the way, one luggage was 70 pounds. This was the worst experience. THE WORST.

Close to the Sphere

Close to the sphere. Easy walk. Hit and miss if you get a room that’s working fine that’s good. Or if you’re unfortunate like us and got a room with issues, then you have to deal with slow response time and engineering coming into your room. First they said oh we can’t fix your shower bathtub you have to move rooms. Then they made us sit and wait while they kept trying to fix it for over an hour and decided that we’ll just stay in our room promising that it won’t break again. Then the fire in our fireplace wouldn’t stop going on even though we didn’t turn it on. But other people that booked with us had newer more upgraded rooms and didn’t have issues. They were doing construction for one of the buildings so the pool was out of service so you had a walk a little bit farther to get to a pool so that was inconvenient if you have a little baby with you.

Yes, I recommend this property.

Meh

Rude staff, took forever to check in and had to make several trips to get the key right. The area was loud, walls paper thin. Room smelled like cigarettes. I stayed 5 nights, not a single visit from housekeeping.
