Excellent hotel
We enjoyed our stay at your hotel. The rooms were nice and clean, the staff was very professional. The view we had of the sphere was top notch also. Will definitely recommend this place to others.

Wonderful Stay in Las Vegas
Our stay was pretty good at the Holiday Inn Club Vacations at Desert Club Resorts. I paid for my rooms with points and a few of the days were pretty pricey in that sense. I had booked two rooms, one for me and my boyfriend and another for my mother. The only issues we faced were getting luggage up the stairs to our second floor room as there are no elevators to higher floor rooms, you enter the room from the outside of the building; and there were issues with the TVs in both rooms that maintenance wouldn't be fixed till the day after we left due to the service provider so this was not an issue with the hotel itself and they were very quick to send help and information. We didn't really need the tvs anyways so it wasn't an issue. We were checked in by Mary and she graciously gave us two quiet rooms and an early check in to one of them as the other one still needed to be finished up by housekeeping but I was able to contact the front desk via messages for the time the room was ready for us. The restaurant on site was wonderful for breakfast as well, but what really stole the show for me was the bathtub in the room. They are GIGANTIC, and it was a wonderful way to unwind from a 9 hour drive. The only issue with that was the drain plug didn't work for one of the rooms but we found a way around that. They are located close enough to walk to the strip (about 20 minutes), but far enough away that the noise wasn't an issue. They also have rooms with a view of the sphere which is a wonderful attribute, though i recommend requesting that ASAP as they are swept up super quick. There's also a good amount of restaurants close by that have wonderful food. All in all the hotel was great, staff was very attentive and kind. Should I find myself in Las Vegas again, I will be staying here.
Happy guest
Great stay
Good space and staff, relaxed and was able to enjoy my stay without interruption. Close to the Vegas strip made it walking distance and very convenient

Find another Vegas Hotel
They upgraded me as soon as I arrived which was amazing except the fact they decided to charge $630 extra for the upgrade they decided to give me. Then when I asked to stay in that room through my second reservation they said talk to them the next day, I did and they said they couldn't because it was already booked, then went to the timeshare meeting and they got it to Wednesday, then went to get a new key and it got changed to the end of my stay when originally they told me they could not give me the room for the duration and I would have to check out at 10am and check in at 4pm
No, I do not recommend this property.

So close to being great
We had a mix of good and bad experiences during our stay, but unfortunately the negatives outweighed the positives. The room was spacious, everything was clean when we arrived, and the A/C kept the room nice and cold once it finally cooled down. We appreciated the complimentary bottled water and coffee, covered parking, and the resort amenities, including the pools, restaurants, and convenience store. The location was also a major plus, with easy access to attractions, dining, and everything we wanted to do in Las Vegas. The shower had excellent water pressure as well. Unfortunately, the room itself appeared to have been neglected from a maintenance standpoint. Several switches didn’t work, the electric blinds were inoperable, the towel rack was pulling away from the wall, and the ceiling fan was noisy. The fan light would only work when the fan was running. While the shower pressure was great, the bathtub faucet had very weak water pressure, and the caulking around the tub needs attention. There was also a large stain on the couch, and on our last morning we found a bug in the bed, which was an extremely disappointing way to end the trip. On top of that, check-in was a confusing three-step process that felt unnecessarily time-consuming. The property has a lot of potential because of its location and amenities, but the lack of room maintenance and the issues we experienced made it difficult to enjoy our stay. Based on this experience, I would likely choose a different hotel on my next visit to Las Vegas.

Good start
While the overall concept is very different from the usual Holiday Inn experience (quiet, well engineered competence), and in speaking with the staff, I understand it was a recent acquisition... It is nigh impossible to navigate as is (no unique landmarks, insufficient signage), and could use a few extra touches. Example: great tub, but the stopper wasn't the correct one, so I couldn't take a soak. The thing I did like was the wristband hotel key, which might be good to implement elsewhere.

Great place for families!
Great place to stay! Rooms are spacious and clean! Love having private bedrooms and access to a kitchen and living room. Pools are nice too!

Not up to the usual standards
I've stayed here twice before with no issues. This time was different. Found water running across the floor in one of the bathrooms. Called maintenance and they took over an hour to fix it. Left the bathroom filthy (grease and dirt on everything) and said they would send housekeeping but they never did. We all had to get ready in the other bathroom. The place is super convenient to The Sphere but it's showing its age.

El hotel es bueno. Incluye parking.
