Great service

Staff very friendly, 10 min walk from the strip and hotel is next to the sphere. Everything was great with my stay, the only thing was the cleanliness but other than that I would recommend this hotel. Can’t wait to go back!

I loved everything about this resort.

We had a fantastic stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time at the resort. The staff was amazing, and housekeeping truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived at 1:00 AM, we were warmly greeted. The beds were very comfortable, and our room was spotless. Relaxing on the balcony with a cup of coffee in the morning was incredibly peaceful. Thank you to the hotel staff for making our visit memorable. We will definitely be back!

Horrible experience

This should not be called a Holiday Inn. This should be called a timeshare… No elevators on the property, had billing issues, staff unwilling to help after four phone calls… Manager would not call back, ended up, driving back over to speak with them directly still couldn’t get the manager out front. Would definitely recommend anywhere but here the people again are horrible and they trying to do a timeshare. And this is coming from a diamond delete member by the way that they don’t care about.

In dire need of a remodel

The hotel guests are treated as if we were time share owners. We were expected to take our trash to the dumpster. I do not work there, so that is a hard no. The rooms need to be cleaned better. Our A/C intake vent was filthy and we had to ask twice to get it cleaned. The mirrors had film on them. It makes me wonder what else had not been cleaned. I was expected to wash my towels instead of giving me clean ones.

Old facilities and missing basic amenities.

Wow! For $350+ a night, not at all recommended. Not even a decent coffee cup available. The room coffee pot was disgustingly dirty and the coffee provided was the worst coffee I have ever had. Only one pot available and it was not replaced for our second night. Coffee in the restaurant was nasty as well. Room was not very clean and you could tell that it was in need of repair. Closet doors didn’t work correctly and just overall the room was not that nice at all.

Great stay

Location was the best pro for our visit...approximate 10 walk to the strip and the Sphere. Accommodations were a very good value with a 2-bedroom villa given the daily rate by making reservations 6 months in advance. Value would have not been as good if I had waited to make a reservation as the rate doubled and tripled as room availability became scarce due to Eagles concerts at the Sphere.

Quiet and Spacious

Great space location near the heart of Vegas conventions. Walking distance to many central locations. Very quiet suite. Would definitely stay there again. Fitness facilities could use some upgrading.

Great Service and great value

Mr. Charles at the check in helped us. He is fantastic and upgraded us to a room with the Sphere view. My son loves it. It's his first trip to Vegas and he wanted to see sphere. We also liked how we just sent a text and supplies would get delivered to our room. We enjoyed our stay. Kitchen supplies were clean. We liked how there's no daily cleaning person come to our room and leave us with peace of mind.

Spaciou, Clean, Beautiful and Relxing

I was very impressed by the nature of the staff, the cleanliness, room size, and comfort. Will definitely be coming back! Great to be able to cook your own meals as well!

Poor service

Front desk staff lack basic customer service skills. I stayed for 5 nights and room not cleaned once, not even the bins emptied. I was encouraged to go to a meeting which I found intimidating and forced to to make a deal work. I refused to buy in. I was not offered and was also told I could only have points and not breakfast as a diamond member
