Great Place off the strip
Awesome resort, great location to enjoy the strip but not be in the crazy good time!Jstok

Extremely Clean
Normally when I visit Vegas, it’s in the desert and the heat and it’s a major city and it feels dirty. Even some hotels on the strip feel used and dirty. Just one street away is this hotel where I felt completely clean and completely safe.

Mixed
Older property needed some work but fortunately I handled my running on toilet for the two weeks and beware of the promises of the timeshare presentation because I didn’t get them. They called no less for me to pick up and I went to get and they said no I had none. That was the worst part being lied too for me

Could have been better
Front desk staff should be trained on all shifts about policy and procedures.

Excellent place to stay in vegas
Such good value for money, excellent location to the strip, clean spacious apartments. Fabulous food, friendly staff, would recommend anyone to stay here

Great place
Superb accommodation, very spacious and superbly equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer...). Everything was very well maintained, the spacious rooms with the swimming pool coming out of the apartment. The situation is quite close to the strip (15 minutes on foot) and is quiet. The welcome at the reception by Claude, a hostess who spoke French, was more than appreciable, always attentive and pleasant to inform us. The swimming pool was well maintained and also very pleasant for us to relax at the end of the day.

Near the High Roller
Dates of stay: April 3 - May 3, 3023 Room: Building 6, Room 209 Definitely one of the more mixed stays I've had in Vegas. For every positive thing, there was a negative thing. I'll break it down that way: Pros: Location is decent, a few minute walk to the Promenade, which is one of our favorite parts of the Strip. Room was overall clean and comfortable, with a good amount of space for the three of us. The pool was never crowded and was kept clean. Housekeeping service was good, as well. Cons: No water at check-in, because they were out. The store in the lower level had plenty of water, though... At check in I was sent to the Timeshare Desk to pick up my keys, but there wasn't anyone there. The same person that sent me to the Timeshare Desk then came over with my keys as they were "with a VIP." What does that make me? There are no elevators, so be prepared to drag your luggage up and down the stairs. The room was starting to see some signs of neglect between the weatherstrip on the front door and the dirty grout in the main bathroom. The first night the AC wasn't working well but they fixed it quickly and also brought us a box fan to use.

Excellent Hotel Rooms for a Family
We stayed at this hotel with two bedrooms and two bathrooms . The rooms were so roomy, comfortable and clean. The hotel is very close to the other activities on the Strip and very convenient to walk to these places . The front desk personnels are very polite, in particular, Maria who treats IHG Gold Elite One Rewards members with respect and kindness. We will certainly come back to stay here in the near future.

Great Location!
Our stay was comfortable and the staff very pleasant in the on-site restaurant. However, the pizza we ordered was terrible. Management made it right though by taking that charge off our restaurant bill.
