Nice room
Not worth it. I commented on my issues in previous sections. Really disappointed when checking in. The resort knows why as I mentioned it already.

Super accommodations
Everything was spectacular from the rooms to the personnel. I enjoyed my time there. I actually stayed 2 weeks longer than planned. Great long term accommodations. The staff were all very welcoming and incredibly helpful.

Great stay!
Great place for me and my two kids, 5 and 12. We had a great time at the pool and waterpark but wish the waterpark was open during the week as we were there from Saturday to Tuesday and only got to go on Sunday. Service, food, amenities, room, every was phenomenal and we would love to go back again!

The bed was great needed more pillow but I didn’t bother the staff. The shower was A one and the pressure and temperature was everything. I loved that dishes where provided as well as things I could use for cooking. I will be returning back soon.

Great little place fun for kids and the whole family
We had a great day at the resort. Celebrated two birthdays. The rooms were wonderful. The water park was fabulous but really wish it was included in the hotel price. Stay. The pool area was very cold and hard to enjoy. Go brush your teeth

Very uncomfortable stay
A bed bug was found. Staff took no care and helping us. Only offered to change my room. I told staff that we already unpacked all of our things and loaded the refrigerator we had extremely too much stuff to more. No staff cared enough to get us help.

Great place but need some Improving on cleaning .
Love staying at the Holiday Inn resorts vacation villas. It's is a great location and you get a great size room for the money. Unfortunately my last 3 visits just wasn't good not counting them out, but struck out these last 3 times looking forward to a good stay.I have stayed there many of times and had great times but these last 3 days just had some bad experiences with the room . Things happen so hoping they could get it together.I have talked to management and looking Forward improvements on the room cleaning. I will still recommend the holiday INN CLUB Vacation , it is a great way to travel and you get a lot for your money and a lot of great amenities don't be discouraged I know this team can get it together They have a great awesome team just drop the ball a few times looking forward to a stay in the next couple weeks.
