Great Location on beach

Nice location to the beach, location is great for other activities on Galveston Island.

Love the room ammenities.

friendly staff, spacious and clean rooms, quiet location

We stayed here for a one night stay prior to a cruise from Galveston. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There were 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a sofa bed, full kitchen, large balcony and even e washer and dryer! Very quiet location. Everything was very clean and we would definitely stay here again.

The suit has everything you need, is amazing

The suit is great it has everything you will to stay for a few days, I loved the pool also, there is a very short walk to get to the beach which is a plus, is a great spot for sure

Front desk service was exceptional!

Front desk personnel helped with local attractions, directions, info on fishing, etc. Very friendly and helpful.

On the beach

We like the convenience on being on the beach versus having to walk across a busy street whenever you need something or have to use the bathroom

Generally a nice place to stay

Other than the fire alarm issue we always enjoy our stay. It the only hotel in Galveston that’s actually on the beach.

Would not recommend

Too many issues to repeat again the hotel should not be classified as a resort... it definitely was not living up to its name.

Good check in except the time share woman was very rude.

View beautiful - room nice size. Very dirty, shower moldy, fans filthy - needs a really good cleaning. Toilets made a lot of noise.
