Nice stay on the beach

The hotel room was amazing. With washer dryer full kitchen everything you will need to stay. The view from the balcony was amazing also the employee is extra helpful. Great place to stay when visiting the island!

We come down to the island every year from up north to escape the cold. After trying numerous places, we have settled on this location for many reasons, come down and experience it for yourself!

With a name like Holiday Inn, I expected better

We booked this hotel as it had the Brand Name of Holiday Inn. We arrived and felt the hotel location and property had promise but agter returning from dinner at around 9:00 pm, we entered the hallway and which was overwhelmingly permitted in marijuana smell. Upon climbing into bed, the mattress and pillows were some of the worst we have ever slept on. Holiday Inn’s brand didn’t shine brightly for us during this stay.

Beach view

The view was amazing. The hotel was clean and tidy. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Galveston Holiday Inn

This hotel was such a pleasant surprise. The location was perfect, the hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and professional. I loved the jacuzzi tub and the Dove soap in the bathroom. The room was spacious and very clean. Will be back soon!

Sunsets

This is a great hotel. I’ve enjoyed the stay each time. I recommend the east side. The view of the sunrise and sunsets are phenomenal

Great stay!!!! Very relaxing.

My husband and I went there for our 20 year anniversary. First the great things about our visit: the friendly staff, huge room and balcony, well stocked kitchen, heated pool and jacuzzi, and being so close to the beach! Not so great: the tiniest toilets ever! They were very low to the ground. The mismatched furniture and the restaurant across from our balcony had super bright lights. It was impossible to see the beach because the lights were blinding us and did not shut off till the next morning. But overall, it was a fun and relaxing visit!

Convinient location to beach and ocean access

Hotel needs significant renovations. Room spelt of grease and burnt food.

Great place to just relax/to enjoy the amenities

My husband and I enjoyed having the full kitchen so we could prepare meals for ourselves if we wanted to. The pool was very nice for a swim, and the access to the beach was very convenient. The view from are room was lovely.
