Best view and hospitality

Our room had a terrific view of the ocean and comfortable beds. Check in had some difficulties, the system would not accept credit cards. It took over 20 minutes to get straightened out. The hotel has options for entertainment, a family would love the set up.

Good place for a get away.

Nice place close to the beach Walking distance. Perfect for a family reunion. Not to expensive and good enough to enjoy.

Beach Vacation Dream!

The layout of the property was excellent -- especially with little kids. The walkway between the beach and pool was perfect distance for them to go back and forth between sand and pool. 1 bedroom room was well laid out, clean, and very functional for family of 4 (preschool/early gradeschool aged). Property was very quiet until the last night of our stay when a neighbor played loud music on their balcony late at night, but staff was quick to respond and help them know they needed to turn it down.

Staff needs work on guest experience.

Check in was great, after the hurricane, staff was useless. No communication, empathy, help. Understand power is beyond control but some level of empathy would have been nice. Rooms were very dated and need repairs (shower door, grease hand print on ceiling)

Fantastic staff, great view

Staff was super friendly and helpful, views were great, nice size suite with amenities. Beds seemed small and were not very soft, but if you like firm beds it's good.

Great place to getaway

Family friendly and cost effective. Decent view of the gulf as well. Nice rooms, and friendly staff.

Best view!

The view was amazing, day time and at night. The staff was excellent, one of the ladies even gave me a list of the best restaurants in town, which helped us, because my family is so indecisive. I did not know a laundry room also was available when I booked the room, but it definitely came to good use as a mom traveling with kids. I didn't have to pack dirty laundry, so that was a huge plus for me! When booking, it stated the pool was open til 11pm. When in fact it closed at 10pm. We're on vacation....the pools need to stay open a little later.

Great customer service!

We had issues with check in but everyone took care of it and made our stay awesome. The staff is great. The resort could use some touch-up but overall in good shape. The pool and hot tub were great. The beds are not the best but we slept. Been about 8 years since stayed here but will definitely stay again. Close to all of Galveston and great location. The Market is great for drinks and snacks. Great kids area with games.

Comfy and great location

This property os located right on the sand. A wonderful ocean view of the Gulf. Very relaxing and a quiet area im Galvestion. I will surely book here again.
