Exceeds the usual holiday inn. Highly recommend
I was guarded about booking with a holiday inn but this is comparable to other places I usually stay at. This place gives a resort vibe. The place was clean all the way through. I DID NOT SEE ANY BUGS! They had high quality beds comparable to JW Marriot. I am terrified of getting bed bugs. I booked a suite and I loved that it came with a second bed room. It has a whole kitchen and living room. I would’ve liked for the tv to allow access to the hdmi port so that we could hook up the gaming system (not a deal breaker). The kitchen came with all the basic necessities. They also have a washer and dryer with tide supplied. Only thing I would say is due to the price per night you should be able to stay later than 10am. OH, I THINK ITS IMPORTANT TO MENTION THAT THIS IS NOT BY THE HEART OF THINGS. IF YOU WANT PEACE AND QUIET PICK THIS RESORT. IT WAS A 10-15 MIN DRIVE TO GET TO THE BOARDWALK.

Welcoming Hotel
The hotel is located right on the beach in a safe and welcoming area. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, with the exception of one pool attendant who didn’t feel it was his responsibility to direct me to the beach. The apartment itself was gorgeous—beautifully furnished with upscale décor. Everything was clean, and the towels were fresh and well maintained. One of the best conveniences was the included parking located directly underneath the building, which kept the car shaded and out of the hot sun.

What a Treat
Nice hotel. Clean comfortable and well appointed. Great location and parking was free. Everything for the villa was provided. Staff was helpful and friendly. Pool was heated and the pool area was great.

I didn’t really like this place. It is very quiet
I didn’t really like this place. It is very quiet and clean, which is nice. The only downside is that whenever you want to buy coffee, there is usually no one at the counter. However, I would like to mention that the front desk staff are very kind, polite, and always helpful. They are welcoming and do their best to assist guests.

Awesome new holiday Inn
Im an IHG member and love this new Holiday Inn Resort. The rooms have a full kitten/ washer/dryer and great view of the beach. The pool is huge and heated. Check this place out. You will love it.

Amazing Property.
This property is simply amazing. The accommodations are perfect. The facilities are modern, clean, well maintained. This is not your typical Myrtle resort. This is your home away from home. Everything from the bathroom, kitchen, facilities, pool... were just great. I rarely write reviews but I wanted to recognize that this is where we will want to stay in the future.

This was a wonderful experience. I work in health care and needed a relaxation moment. Me and my daughter’s had a amazing time. I loved it so much I’m coming back this weekend to celebrate my 12 yo granddaughter’s birthday. I want her to experience the amazing and exciting time we had. This place is a 10/10.

Myrtle Beach Weekend
Great place just could use some improving on staff. Check in and restaurant areas were the ones that need addressed. The TV kept pausing through out the day on all TVs in the suite. Overall it was a very nice place.

Sleep Comfortably, But Skip The Food
Spacious room. Comfortable bed. Main complaints were 1) the loud music coming from the pool / outdoor bar area. I could see if this were the middle of summer, but it was the middle of February. 2) Food in the coffee shop was poorly executed. Ordered two eggs over easy. They came out raw. When sent back, they came out over cooked with the yolks completely cooked. Omelet had ingredients in it that were explicitly asked to be left out. That was on top of the 45 minute wait. By the time the one breakfast came back out, it was over an hour just waiting for the food. It would have been worse if we had paid for it out of our pocket, but we had a $150 property credit for attending a sales presentation. 3) few amenities for a resort
