Hubby weekend

Great hotel, location. Rooms were extremely clean and beautiful. Pool area very nice.

Best resort in MB

My family and I have stayed here 5 times in the past year since opening. It is ABSOLUTELY the best hotel in MB. I use to think the Hilton was the best but after staying at Holiday Inn MB, there is no comparison. It is phenomenal from check in to check out. If I did have any suggestions, it would be they need a game room with maybe a pool table and gaming for the younger kids/pre-teens for rainy nights when you want to stay around the resort.

Property is amazing, very clean, employees always

Poor customer service. Staff not trained well

The hotel resort itself was wonderful! Customer Service when it came to booking and handling issues and being aware or trained properly in policies of hotel/resort were extremely poor

Vacation

Very memorable vacation for me and my family, I would love to do this every year, I didn't want to leave I wish I could live there forever. Our villa was like a vacation in itself and the stunning ocean front was amazing

I was close to the beach and the view was wonderfu

I just love atmosphere and the bar and the relaxation around the pool. The dj was good liked the play center for the kids and the mimi market in case if u needed more items. All the things were there .u didn't have toeave the hotel

Easy access

The staff was great, the rooms were extremely clean and organized. Parking was easy in and easy out. Access to beach is very close and short walk. Pool was wonderful and large enough to handle everyone.

Can't wait to return!

Hotel was extremely clean and well maintained. The 2 room villa was perfect for our family of 6. The full kitchen came with all the pans/utensils to make our meals. The elevators were fast and clean. Ample parking for all size vehicles. We never heard anything from outside while in our room. The pools were clean and well supervised. We always felt safe while there.

Epic experience

This was the best place ever for me and my guest. We're planning to come back soon. One thing that stood out most was the safety aspect of this complex. Thanks again for the great staff as well.

First timers in Myrtle Beach

Our July 2025 stay at IHG Vacation Club Resort in beautiful Myrtle Beach will by no means be our last. The resort is beautifully maintained, being a new property with amenities that are in really good condition. The check in process was quick and straight forward and any staff we met during our stay was friendly. The layout of the resort makes sense with access to the pool, hot tubs, patio area and the beach, inviting and convenient. I would have welcomed more options for a quick mixed coffee bar or snack bar within the building as we arrived on the evening that a Tropical Storm was set to hit. The next day was an almost washout, so more opportunity to hang out at the resort, indoors, would have been nice. That said, the signature room accommodations were perfect, the very spacious modern kitchen was open to the living area and small balcony. The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious as well, with the master bathroom opening into a large shower, his and her sinks and modern, stackable washer and dryer facilities, conveniently placed inside the bathroom area. Everything was impeccably clean and really up to mark. I am telling everyone about out lovely stay at this resort. We can't wait to be back!
