Felt like a home away from home!

We absolutely loved our stay. My family and I decided to combine a work and leisure birthday celebration and having the space to spread out with all the comforts of home made this possible! The location was perfect for relaxing away from all the hustle and bustle but yet still being close to all the fun activities in the area!

Beautiful hotel but encountered significant issues

Positives-Hotel is new, outdoor space and pool are gorgeous. Bartender Anastsia very personable- we loved chatting with her! Negatives- major billing and security issues. We booked a six night stay on the app under one card, but then came in a day early under a one night reservation on a different card. At check in, we asked for everything to go on one card. Well, it didn’t. I had pre auth charges on both cards that didn’t line up. Front desk Vanessa and Joanna were very kind but couldn’t figure it out and indicated manager would need to review and call me. Two hours go by. I head back to desk to find out that she had car trouble but would be in any minute. More hours go by and I call the desk and speak to operations supervisor. She was helpful and indicated she would call me back once she resolved it and let me know when I could pick up a receipt. She never did. Total lack of follow through by management on issue. Second problem was a hotel employee entered room while I was undressed. They did NOT knock nor announce themselves. There is no daily housekeeping here so no reason for them to enter my room. They ran down the hall when my husband attempted to ask what was needed. At this time we also discovered our door did not lock. It simply pushed open with no card/key needed. Husband went to front desk and no one really seemed to acknowledge what a breech of security any of this was. He was even asked if he wanted to “cancel the maintenance work order” to fix the lock. Why on earth would that even be a question?? All in all, beautiful hotel but we won’t be back due to the issues we encountered, coupled with the lack of any real concern or assistance from the management there. I shouldn’t have to spend my last day continually trying to connect with management -as the guest with concerns they should be actively reaching out to me.

Myrtle trip

Amazing stay amazing staff especially the bartenders. They were AMAZING. Juanita was just as amazing. Will be staying again in a couple weeks for a dart tournament and I referred a lot of people to join us.

Wonderful Vacation Spot

We have been to Myrtle beach several times and this was our smoothest one yet! The staff was very helpful and understanding of our needs/wants. The resort has many amenities that made it enjoyable for families! The value is great considering the size of the room you receive. We will stay here again in the future!

Top quality facility!

This is the best place we have ever stayed! Lots of room, well appointed and immaculately clean. I would highly recommend staying here if you are a couple or a family with children too small for water slides. There is only a pool.

Oceanfront...Not all rooms!

The hotel was nice, but wish I was told when reserving that my room my not be oceanfront, because I definitely would have chosen another hotel.

Excellent Place overall

This is one of the absolute best hotels in have stayed in a while. I told my niece that I pray that this place maintains the cleanliness and hospitality that we experienced during this stay. From the front desk to the cleaning staff, to security team were amazing. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous, spacious, and fully equipped. I am truly in love with this hotel. Please treat this place nice during your stay and allow this to be the place to stay for years to come.

Nice place to stay while vacationing at Myrtle Beach, SC.

I absolutely love it! Greeted nicely by Ms. Juanita at the registration desk. This resort is beautiful and tucked away at the very far end of S. Ocean Blvd. The villa was complete with everything. Top notch cleanliness! ️️️️️

Great view

For a new hotel it was a tad run down or still unfinished. Room had missing a lamp and there was very little amenities in the hotel.
