FECES EVERYWHERE

We were kicked out of our 6 day stay because they had us in A VILLA THAT HAD FECES BACKING UP ON US WHILE WE WERE TAKING A SHOWER AS WHILE AS ME BRUSHING MY TEETH IN SEWER WATER !!! HAD TO FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO STAY THAT MORNING WHEN THEY HAD OUR MONEY,ALSO HAD TO PAY FOR ANOTHER 5 DAYS SOMEWHERE ELSE THAT DIDN'T HAVE ANY KITCHEN,STOVE,FRIDGE, NO FREEZER, ETC. WE HAD TO THROW OUT OUR FOOD AND PAY EXTRA FOR THE OTHER PLACE !!! IF WE DIDN'T HAVE EXTRA MONEY WE WOULD HAVE BEEN OUT ON THE STREET !!!! THE IHG HEAD PERSON ALSO SAID FOR US TO GET OUT WITH FECES ALL ON US !!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE EVER!!! VERY NASTY ,NOT A SAFE PLACE BECAUSE DOORS DO NOT LOCK !!!! NEVER TOLD US HOW TO GET TO OUR ROOM ON THE ELEVATOR, HAD TO CALL NEW ORLEANS POLICE TO HAVE THEM TELL US TO USE THE ROOM KEY TO GET TO OUR ROOM AND FLOOR !!!!

Comfortable bed, very clean.

Very good location with the street car stopping very nearby. Room was good, very large and very clean. Pool was quiet small but very clean and was heated. The greeter at the door was very accommodating.

Nice rooms, great location, and reasonably priced.

I was pleasantly surprised with my stay at the holiday inn club in New Orleans. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect in relation to our venue and rate was hard to beat. I’d definitely stay here again.

This is a very clean and spacious room. Very comfortable bed but wish there were warm blankets as the nights were cold (for me).

Brandon and Amaya was great, They both was very welcoming from beginning to end. Ms. Sue is very helpful and kind. All of the staff was great. I would definitely be back and recommend IHG to my friends and family.

Loved the suite

Loved my staff, I'm very disappointed that no one was willing to at least offer me some type of compensation for the error of the staff that cost me $110.00. I'm on a fixed income and can't afford to pay for others mistake. money. The young lady I spoke with was rude, a complementary night stay any where would've been nice. I contacted your customer service department who keep transferring to the front desk which told me they were not going to do anything about the mistake.

NOT A RESORT!

We purchased rooms for 2 nights prior to those we used from points we needed to use our lose. This room was a villa, however, after these 2 days, we were required to move to a room that was deemed appropriate for points purchase. This was a much smaller room with fewer amenities (refrigerator with no ice maker, tub instead of walk-in shower, king bed, bad view, non darkening blinds).The air conditioning wasn't functioning and after several attempts by maintenance to fix it we had to be moved to yet ANOTHER room that was slightly worse that one. Any view was a concrete wall, no lamps to use so we didn't have to turn on the central lights outside the bedroom, still no ice maker in the fridge, a tub requiring an old-time rubber mat for use in a porcelain tub, and non-darkening blinds. As NEW club members I can't tell you how disappointing it was to learn that we could not use points to pay for the additional 2 days reservations said "the week would be busy."
