Great stay in a lovely hotel , superb location for all tourist attractions .

Not clean and no shower door/curtain

I found dirty glasses in the cabinets, the floors were not clean and the shower enclosure was odd in that only a portion was covered and the rest wide open to the bathroom with no door or curtain. Our keys were not turned on correctly and had to go all the way back to the desk to get them correctly turned on. Asked for waters at the counter and was pointed to the store and not even offered any even though every other IHG property has given us waters on our arrival. Couldn't get their credit card machine to work that night or the next day. Hallways smelled! Not returning again. The advertised pool by the way is not much bigger than a hot tub.

1st time visit

Loved the location, staff, and room space!! Loved Mrs. Sue was a joy to meet! The room was very spacious with the living space being able to accommodate 6 adults. The pull out couch was very comfortable.

60th birthday

My sisters and I came to New Orleans for my sister 60th birthday. We had a tea party. You have a worker that told us a lot of history regarding New Orleans. We had great food and lots of fun. We can’t wait to come again soon.

Worst stay ever

Worst stay ever at my first IHG Resort. The valet/front door staff was the only good thing about this hotel. Ended up having to use dish towels to take a shower for 4 people because after requesting twice only one towel was delivered. This happened more than once. I was told to take my own trash out. I'm not taking my own trash out while I'm on vacation. Room was never serviced which was disappointing. Checking took 45 Mins, way too long! I would choose a different hotel next time.

Good facility

The facility was good and the staff was very friendly. I wasn’t able to get a 2 bedroom stay that I booked, so that was a bit disappointing with my family of 5.

Beautiful Room

I was throughly impressed for the price of the quality of the room. There was literally everything I needed from makeup wipes, shower caps, the sound bar and the gaming system was a good added addition as well! I loved how luxury it felt! I plan to come here again with family. It was money well spent. Also it was close to everything in a great location.

Memorial Day Getaway in NOLA

This was our first time in New Orleans and we took the opportunity to celebrate Memorial Day with our growing family. We didn’t really know what to expect from the city and new comments, but we took comfort in knowing we were in good hands with IHG. We enjoyed the hotel, which was conveniently located near most of the sights we were hoping to see. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Doors opened for us every single time we came or left the property and upon arrival, the warmest welcome. They took enough time to ask use a few question that would help tailor initial recommendations for our first day without making us feel overwhelmed or uninvested. When we would come and go over the next few days they always checked in to see what support would be helpful from them. The location could not have been better. We has been wrestling on getting a car or not (we have a 10 month old baby) and decided not to last minute. The French Quarter was within a 10 minute walk, Bourbon Street 5 minutes, street car to the Garden District right outside the hotel, Aquarium 10 minutes and much more. There was unlimited food option that matched our family’s dietary needs and was accessible 24-7. Only two things would have improved our stay. The flooring on our room had two spots that were unfinished near the front door and the bathroom door. With a crawling baby, we did not feel comfortable letting her down to crawl for fear of her getting a piece of flooring. As adults, we were able to step around it fine, but would have like not to worry about it. Lastly, the pool. The rooftop amenity was awesome but the water was murky by the end of each day which made us uncomfortable with using it. All in all, we’re had what we needed to make the most of our time in the Big Easy.

Great customer service

I had great customer service and was welcomed upon arrival with happy birthday beads and felt extremely safe while still staying so close to all the action and fun on bourbon street!
