Pillows and beds were great,complete kitchen with all you may need

the pools were great, staff excelent.rooms are very nice the location is wonderful,we will be back with our grandkids in october.they will love it.Close to Tanglewood and Lenox,lee ,we will be using your hotel chain and inns most often

Wonderful getaway for families

Our family of four stayed over the 4th of July, the accommodations were wonderful.

Best resort ever!

We really enjoyed having our family reunion at this facility. With so much included at the resort, we spent a lot of time running into each other and spending time with the other 62 family members staying there. Several commented that the quality time we had available was the best of any of our reunions. The grounds and rooms were clean, were well appointed, almost any activity you could ask for was available, and staff was very helpful and professional. (They deserve special recognition.)

Great get away in the Berkshires

This is an excellent retreat in a convenient location in the heart of the Berkshires. There is plenty to do at the resort where you do not need to leave, yet close to many great attractions if you do choose to. Mini-golf, pools, arcade, and little theater are great for families with children and the rooms are spacious and very comfortable. This is our favorite place to stay when visiting the Berkshires.

Comfortable bed, excellent location

Great location, staff was very helpful and friendly. Pool was nice to cool off in and walking trail next to stream was an added bonus. Very close to shopping and dining. Lots of things to do, especially for a family. Kids will love the arcade room and mini golf.

Great Room! Fun amenities!

We stayed in a presidential suite on the third floor near the small outdoor pool. We had a lovely time enjoying the amenities and the area. There were on site activities for kids and adults as well as many suggestions for activities and food in the area which was greatly appreciated since there is no on site restaurant. I believe the Cafe serves breakfast but we did not indulge. The outdoor pools were crowded so we went indoors and enjoyed swimming without too many other people. We might return in the fall. It will be gorgeous!

Ok. Safe. Good area for fun activities. Rooms could be updated. Status not recognized. Staff are really great and care about the guests.

Low Star Resort

Foot traffic noise overhead. Tub in bedroom, toilet in small space is very poor/dated design. Furnishings/carpet rustic, dated, dirty, dusty. Dogs everywhere no bags for cleanup. Location/Mountains and activities are good. Food selection is not.

Overnight stay for Tanglewood

This was a pleasant experience- nice change of pace. Great amenities and apartment with all we needed for our stay. Spent the second day using the pool and hot tub.

Recent Stay

The staff was very pleased and friendly. The resort as a whole was very clean. The 2 bedroom we stayed in was very clean and comfortable. We are looking forward to returning.
