Everything was 10/10 jus wish for more adult activities

Off the beaten path

I would recommend this property for your family to have a great time. Lots of things to keep busy during the day. Unfortunately the video game and pool table area closes @9 PM, should be @10-11 during weekends.

Stay with the kids

There was a man lurking at the pool, who followed my daughter from one pool to the other with my grandkids in tow. because there was no one else in the pools, it was very uncomfortable for her as well as my grandchildren.

Great time

Phenomenal experience no complaints the entire family enjoyed their stay. We will be back again but it would be great to be recognized as a member and acquire rewards points and benefits from being a consistent visiting member.

Love it

My family and I had a great mini get away with everything we needed. It was perfect for the four of us! We felt like we were a world away when in reality we were only about 45 mins away from home. We highly recommend.

The Berkshires best kept secret

This is the only place to book a vacation in the Berkshires. It is the most quiet, comfortable, and inexpensive hotel in the area. You not only get the typical hotel accommodations, but it is also an apartment (full kitchen with all the appliances and cookware, living room, 2 bedrooms, and both bedrooms have full bathrooms. One bathroom even has a whirlpool bathtub). To make your stay even better, there's 2 pools, movie theatre, horseshoe and bocci ball are, basketball courts, picnic tables, fitness center, mini golf, hiking trails, shuffleboard, volleyball, and tennis courts. You could literally never leave tge grounds and still have the greatest vacation ever.

Beautiful place comfortable beds, spacious rooms, good pools, great kitchen, lovely walking trails, nature trails, well built facilities, clean, easy to find, decent price for large room, slept great

Great family fun

Considering we had booked the presidential apartment suite (2 bedrooms with king beds and 2 baths) I was rather disappointed with the quality of the room itself. The stay was great, the resort itself is nice. But presidential should not describe this suite experience. More like divorced dad ‘90’s townhouse that his mother decorated? For our purposes, the room worked and the resort was rather perfect for a vacation accommodating multiple families including 2- 2 year olds. The pool was great and the space was otherwise enjoyable, but definitely did not feel presidential was the description that should be used.

Great for families but be prepared

The staff was friendly and there are a lot of amenities for kids and adults (mostly kids). This is definitely a family focused resort. They have a movie theater, game room, and outdoor and indoor pool/jacuzzi. They have two bedroom and three bedroom villas which is really nice they include a kitchen and two bathrooms etc. However be prepared that there are no elevators to the upper levels. When we arrived they put us on the third floor however there was disabilities with our guests and we were unable to carry all of our luggage up the stairs due to this. The staff did accommodate us by putting us on a lower level however we went off season, I can’t say that we would have had a room alternative if we went during the summer. The room we were switched to was not cleaned. The rugs smelled moldy and could only be fixed by spraying our own can of Lysol around the room and opening the windows. The table was dirty and the couches and chairs had stains on them. The kitchen appliances are very out of date but it was nice they had all the appliances utensils etc. the room we had was a two bedroom villa- king and queen room with separate bathrooms. The king room was nice with the bathroom however the jacuzzi tub was not useable as it had some sort of white deposit coming from the water. Shower was fine to use. TVs in all the rooms. It was a nice area and local to everything however i believe they just didn’t clean this room or weren’t prepared. This place is pet friendly and staff again very nice though I was not greeted as a member not that that’s a huge deal for me. Overall I would stay again but I would ask for a lower level room and I would definitely make sure the room is cleaned before going.
