Overall, this is the first Holiday Inn that I’ve spent time in that I felt totally unappreciated and that I was just a number they did in fact, reimburse me my resort fees, but that does nothing to make up for my wife’s loss of sleep, and I had my three grandchildren and my granddaughter‘s fifth birthday that she actually was afraid of bugs also

No, I do not recommend this property.

A big disappointment in 2025!

I am a Platinum Member. Last year we had a wonderful stay, but not in 2025. We were put in a two bedroom that the showers were not handicap friendly and were no doubt the oldest rooms there! I used 80,000 points for our reunion. We had to sponge bath my brother both nights. The logistics of the kitchen were awful too. An opened drawer hit the oven & the refrigerator door, if you were a heavyset person, you would not be able to open. It would have been more of a hassle to move because your check-in time is 4:00p & checkout time is 10:00a. Registration made such a big deal that I was a Platinum Member, but gave us the worst place on the property! What a waste of 80,000 points!

Horrible experience

I’m IHG Platinum member by far this is the worst experience. The check in front desk told us there wasn’t upgrade available but I saw there were still plenty higher room categories on the app. We also were told late check out would be honor only to find out we needed to leave at regular check out time by 10AM. I traveled with my kid and just asked for an hour late, truly disappointed. The room was spacious; however, bathroom looks rundown. We ran into issue with the tub upon arrival. The maintenance guy was able to get it fixed asap but still inconvenienced given how much points we needed to redeem. As a Platinum member, this hotel has questioned my decision to stay loyal with IHG. Will not return.

Great resort!

Love the resort. Lots of activities, no reason to leave. We live 30 min away and come every weekend. Best resort in Orlando! It's like its own city.

Awesome place to stay!

This was such a wonderful vacation! Everyone was so friendly. The grounds were absolutely stunning. We had a wonderful place in West Village overlooking the pond. The kids had so much fun in the lazy river, they didn't want to do anything else! We laughed so much during our stay. Our villa was newly updated and just beautiful. I have not one thing bad to say.

Our Very Pleasant Stay.

We enjoyed our stay! There was a last minute change in plan for my brother and his family to stay the night. Jose at the check in desk made it happen for us. Shout out to Jose for taking the initiative to try and make it happen. I saw him seek approval from his Manager by going into the office. Your effort did not go unnoticed, Thank You. So a huge shout out to Jose and his Manager for making it happen for us. The accommodation was great, well maintained and very clean.

Beautiful Place

Gate officer I believe his name was Angel gave us excellent directions into the resort and was very nice. We felt welcomed.

Very comfortable beds

Great customer service. Angel Toro from the from gate was very helpful and showed us around the resort and made us feel really comfortable. He went above and beyond.

Poor Quality Registration & Unprofessional Staff

The wait time to register to get your room key, location and parking pass is extremely too long. I was in line for 90 minutes waiting to get to registration. Then I was sent to a podium to be sent to someone to whole my key cards and parking pass hostage while they try to sell me a timeshare. Your employee, Amir, was extremely unprofessional, disrespectful and insulting when he told me he was not my therapist when I told him I just want my stuff activated, and not go eat up any more of my vacation time with a sales pitch. Then he went and lied on me saying that I called him a derogatory gay name after he refused to assist me. I lost 3 hours of vacation time that I had already paid for after I had driven from Tallahassee after having worked all day. You all need to do better to not create aggravation with your guests by trying to force a sale, and holding up the registration process. It is not fair or considerate of your guests given that you are already profiting from people vacationing there, and from people who already have timeshares with you.
