Great family hotel

Overall great experience, could pay more attention to cleanliness of the room mainly the floors. Easy fix and have the vacation people less pushy.

Great for family vacations or staycation

The whole process was easy from check in to check out. We were asked to sit in on a time share presentation, but our schedule did not match up. The room was very large, comfortable and welcoming. The beds were perfect. It felt like being home away from home. The pools are great, large, and clean and the temperature was perfect. I highly recommend this place for vacation.

Very Nice place

This was a very nice resort with 4 separate pool areas. Great for kids and family. Has two water slides and sprinkle play ground .It was convenient to Phoenix and surrounding areas. Rooms have everything you need for a great relaxing stay.

Room Good staff BAD

I don’t appreciate checking in at one desk & getting keys at other (vacation sales). The big older blonde very rude when I said I did not have time for her pitch bc of my kids becoming restless. I don’t think I want to come back. No recognition as an IHG member either.

Early check out

I went to get coffee and breakfast fir my daughter and I..well I was gone someone was knocking on our door tell us to wake up... I think a phone call would have been more appropriate because my daughter was scared to answer door. I think 10 am us to early of a check out when check in was at 4

My 5 kids love it here!

It was our 3rd time staying here. We love the room and pools. Another big plus is the activity center with pool, ping pong, a big connect four game and another one I just don’t know the name of it. The staff is always great.

All the comforts of home with exceptional service and recreation

Staff very friendly and helpful, went the extra mile, casita was furnished with everything needed, clean and home-like. Impressed with # of lifeguards at pools.

Excellent price and staff and amenities are great

Had such a great time here with may family. Was very affordable and the rooms and pools are amazing. Staff was super inviting and made sure we felt comfortable during our stay. Would highly recommend this property to any one.

Pool space

The pool area was well kept and had plenty of area to hangout. With 4 pools if one was busy, you could just go to another one. The kids had fun in the slide pool and the waterfall pool. They also enjoyed playing pool and ping pong in the game room.

Great room, not so good Customer Service

Would of been a great experience had we not been lied to when we were told we were able to use the pool slides, they were not available, neither was the store for snacks or restaurant, Customer service did nothing to fix situation
