Excellent experience. Will be back and stay longer

We visited for a couple of days to kick off our anniversary vacation. Everything was great. The staff was professional, friendly and helpful. The resort is beautiful, clean and quiet. There is a shuttle to the beach which is right across the street. If you want to walk, it's scenic and quick. We plan to come back with the family next year. My only "complaint" is the bed wasn't super comfortable. I woke up feeling a little achy but my body is also funny sometimes lol. Also we didn't know in advance about being offered to attend a timeshare presentation. They weren't pushy about it though. We didn't attend either.

Just Ok

I recently stayed at this resort. ( it resembles a condo complex) I stayed in a studio suite for 2. The room was nice. It was a good size it came with a screened in porch which I liked. However I was not happy that I was given a room with the worst view possible. My porch overlooked a busy/noisy road. I did however enjoy the variety of pools this resort has. I’m a bit surprised this is a vacation club resort but there is no restaurant on site. I thought it was a bit rediculous every time I returned to the property I had to punch a code at the key pad so the electronic arm would allow me to drive in. Most of the time this makes sense. However I noticed there is no wall or fence around the resort. I could have easily driven over a 2 feet wide patch of grass on the other side of the property to reach the parking lot. Since this is also a time sharing resort I was called about being offered to take a tour. I under this is something to expect. I did not realize until half way through my stay the rooms with the more desirable views ( overlooking the pools) are probably given to the time sharing owners. Those that are not a member will get stuck with the worst ones on property.

Friendly, clean and fun!

Great resort located one block from the beach! Kate at the front desk was extremely friendly and recommended a great spot for dinner. The room and resort was clean and in great condition! I highly recommend bringing your family here!

Comfortable and clean!!

Comfortable hotel, quite a ways from the strip and activities, don’t have all the slides and stuff like it shows in the pictures for the kids which was very disappointing, however, the room and amenities they do have was really nice. Zeehk was very welcoming and pleasant. Overall nice stay.

Love and always enjoy my stays here at south beach. I just would like to give one request is that all units get laundry baskets.

I had to check in at 3 am and upon arrival it didn't take the security guard 3 minutes to come to the front to help me check in, which is one impressive security and two amazing customer services, as I'd imagine I would wait a little while for someone at 3 am. The room had plenty of space and the amenities were top-tier. Can't wait to visit again!

Was not a good stay on my 2nd trip. I was locked out of my room for over 30 min on 2 different days. On checking out at 5:30 am office was not open and had to call 4 times to get receipt. That did not work after 6 hrs I had to reach out to IHG to get it to do my expense report.
