Basic hotel
Decent hotel but nothing extraordinary. Definitely not what I consider a resort.

Great property, check amenities
Our overall experience was great. The property is moderate in size, so we had to walk or take the shuttle to some areas. The shuttle around the property and to the beach is free. They also offer shuttles to the airport and shopping for a fee, which is nice since we didn't want to rent a car as we planned to spend most of our time on the property and only have a few excursions. We went in October, when temperatures were starting to get closer to the mid-70s. It is important to note that some amenities were closed (e.g., water slides) or had limited hours (e.g., the splash pad and lazy river). The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the property and the area.

Fantastic Staff and Amenities
The staff was refreshingly friendly and extraordinarily helpful. The facilities were clean and very comforting. Proximity to the airport made arrival and departure exceptionally convenient. The I enjoyed my stay immensely!

Every thing was so nice even the other guests were raving about their stay. My stay was enjoyable but ended to soon I didn’t have enough time to experience all the hotel has to offer.

The mattress was lumpy
Our experience was not as satisfactory as before. We had ants the kitchen and bathroom plus a a roach in the living area. We also had mold above the door going to the patio. They cleaned the mold. I cleaned the ants because I did not want spray because of my husband breathing. It was 52 anniversary.i am totally surprised someone has not contacted me about our unsatisfactory stay. I am also surprised our stay was not compensated for some of our stay. This whole thing has been handled very unprofessionally.

Absolutely beautiful property. I already want to book another stay)) I was with my family there but I saw it’s a great place for being alone with books and your thoughts also. Very clean. Friendly people. Better coffee and more food choices would be great.

The area is pretty. We were unfortunate enough to get a room to somebody smoked in it. The pool was nice in the area was clean the front dust staff get a double thumbs up.

Nice resort but a lot of walking to get to pools. Shuttle runs most hours. Housekeeping and maintenance staff is excellent and friendly. Greeters are very stiff and not very friendly. Requiring $25 for a 2 hour early check-in is ridiculous.

Nice area
Hotel is in a nice area of the city. Short walk or shuttle ride to the beach. Beach house is a great place to hang out. Studio room is very small, but bed is very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped and unit has washer/dryer (shared between two rooms). Room needs repair. Broken screen door, dirty trim at the bottom of the wall. We only stayed of couple nights so it was okay. Pool is great, lazy river is short but very enjoyable. Shuttle to the beach is on time and drivers are very friendly.
