NICE ROOM BAD BUILDING
ROOM WAS NICE. BAD VACATION. WAS NOT INFORMED THAT FACILITY WAS UNDER RENOVATION. POOL, LOBBY, HOT TUB, ELEVATORS WERE CLOSED. ONE ICE MACHINE FOR ALL TO USE AND WAS OUT AT POOL.

This resort was absolutely perfect. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The rooms were huge and had everything we needed. The hotel provided beach chairs, umbrellas, and even toys. The balcony was huge and had a beautiful view. I will be back.

Made this reservation months ago never on the app or on any reservation did it say the pool and the entire outside was under renovation. Had to go to the Marriott and buy day passes for three days. Desk said sorry.

Wonderful Stay
This hotel was wonderful. We stayed in the 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom unit. Everything was excellent! It was 4 of us who stayed a weekend here. We had plenty of room. The place was very clean and very comfortable. The View was awesome. The staff at the desk were very interactive and knowledgeable. They were extremely nice and went out of their way to help us. I want to say thank you so much to staff members Lindsey and Manny. We love Marco Island, and we will be returning again. We will love to stay at this same hotel and the exact same unit. I give this spot a 5 Star*****

We enjoyed our stay at the property. It was very clean and the rooms have plenty of rooms. Dudley at the front desk was great with checking us in and recommendations.

Perfect family resort!
We stayed here with our two older kids. We loved that they had seperate rooms. The condo was so clean and new and spacious. We didn’t feel like we were tripping over each-other. The staff were so nice and friendly. We didn’t want to leave.seeing dolphins right outside our patio was the best part!

This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! We’ve come here 4 summers in a row and don’t plan to stop. The beds are comfortable, and there is plenty of space for everyone. It’s very clean and well maintained. The staff are all wonderful and cheery. I’ll be back next summer.

The staff is so kind, personable, friendly and helpful! The rooms are beautiful and the bed is very comfortable. This resort even provides bikes and free shuttle service to beautiful Marco Island beaches. We loved our day!

We absolutely love this hotel. I can not say enough good things about the friendly staff. They are always willing to help in any way. Definitely will be back again- this is my 5th time staying and I have never been disappointed. I would definitely recommend this conveniently located hotel.
