Great stay!
We've been to Marco Island many times but this was our first stay at the Holiday Inn resort. It compares favorably with the Esplanade.

INCREDIBLE PROPERTY
Absolutely incredible property and stay! Our best yet on the island and we will not go anywhere else from now on. Linda and staff went above and beyond. Every detail was thought of and their answer was always "yes". They truly cared that our 3 generations of family had a wonderful stay.

Great place IF the construction is done- ask before you book ! Pounding started at 1000 and lasted all day Without this it is a great place

Beautiful renovation
I was in a 3 bedroom room which had been recently renovated. It was so nice - the quality of it was great! The kitchen area was perfect for a family. Plenty of space. I highly recommend for a family stay. Also, with the WinnDixie next door, shopping for your room is so convenient. The area is very safe as well and there's lots of restaurants, cafes etc. within a short 8-10 minute walk.

This was by far the best hotel I have stayed in .The moment you enter the lobby you feel welcomed.All the staff were friendly and accomodating .The room was amazing and spotless .Every detail was impecable and for a family of 7 we did not feel crowded at all .I would come to this hotel and I recommend others to do the same if you are in Marco Island .

This trip was awesome. Had 2 kids age 6 and 4 and the pool was perfect for those ages. The location of the hotel was great, close enough to experience whatever you want but far enough away to not be part of the hustle and bustle. The shuttle service is a great accommodation and highly recommend using it. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful.

Great family vacation
Sunset Cove was a great place for our family vacation. Right in the middle of Marco Island! Enjoyed the pool and all the surrounding beaches and restaurants.
